Beeper review
A cross-network messaging inbox with useful organization tools, not a team-chat workspace.

Beeper brings supported messaging networks into one inbox for people who want to manage personal and work conversations together. It connects services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Signal, Facebook Messenger, Google Chat, Discord and Slack, and runs on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. Connections can be on-device or through Beeper Cloud; available networks vary by connection type. This makes Beeper a fit for individuals and small teams looking to consolidate chats, rather than organizations seeking a conventional team-chat workspace.
Its feature set extends beyond aggregation: users can merge chats across networks, apply labels, set reminders, schedule messages, transcribe voice messages, and create or vote in polls on supported networks. On-device connections support multiple accounts per network, while cloud connections sync chats across signed-in devices. These capabilities are useful for keeping conversations organized across services, but they do not turn Beeper into a shared team workspace. Message history also varies by connected network, so people who depend on consistent history across every service should weigh that constraint.
Beeper Free includes core unified messaging, up to five total connected accounts and self-serve help. Beeper Plus costs $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year and adds up to three accounts per network, voice transcription, scheduling and reminders. Beeper Plus Plus costs $49.99 per month or $499.99 per year, with unlimited accounts per network and priority support. Choose Beeper for a unified personal-and-work inbox and its cross-network utilities; teams needing collaboration as their main workflow should look at a dedicated team-chat product instead.
