Beekast is a web-based audience response and engagement platform for trainers, facilitators, HR teams, consultants, educators, and distributed teams. It combines presentation slides with live surveys, polls, quizzes, discussion boards, word clouds, forms, ratings, prioritization, ranking, matching, and collaborative activities. Sessions can run live or self-paced, with anonymous participation, moderation, attendance tracking, and downloadable reports. It suits structured workshops, training sessions, meetings, and presentations that need more interaction than a standard slide deck.
Its main strength is breadth within the session experience. Organizers can collect real-time responses, moderate participant questions and posts, run quizzes with countdowns and leaderboards, and import PowerPoint or PDF content. Integrations include Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Jitsi, Google Meet, Google Drive, Prezi, Genially, SharePoint, Moodle, and PowerPoint. Master and Clone sessions support repeated delivery and aggregated results, while reporting spans PDF, Word, and XLS formats across paid tiers.
The free plan provides 30 monthly participants, 3 monthly sessions, up to 5 slides per session, 8 interactive activity types, and PDF reports. Plus adds unlimited monthly participants, up to 50 participants per session, unlimited sessions and slides, 15 activity types, self-paced sessions, and advanced PDF and Word reporting. Pro adds collaborators and hosts, detailed analytics, XLS reports, co-created slides, attendance sheets, and team play. Enterprise adds custom participant limits, SSO authentication, priority support, personalized onboarding and deployment, and a custom SLA. Beekast fits teams that want varied workshop activities and reporting; teams needing a native app or larger standard session capacity should consider alternatives.
