Beagle is an AI teammate for teams that need meeting follow-through across Slack, Microsoft Teams, and connected business tools. It reads approved channels and external sources, extracts decisions, owners, dates, recaps, and action items from meeting transcripts or notes, then assigns and tracks the resulting work. Beagle also supports nudges, recurring scheduled tasks, CRM and project-document updates, and follow-up email drafts held for approval.

Pricing is credit-based rather than seat-based. The Membership plan costs $49 per month and adds 5,000 credits monthly, unlimited integrations, approval gates, an audit log, and priority support. A signup includes 1,000 credits, while additional usage can be covered with a 10,000-credit top-up pack for $99 or a 50,000-credit top-up pack for $449. The Enterprise plan adds SSO and SCIM, custom data residency, a DPA and sub-processor list, volume credit pricing, a named contact, and a 24h SLA. Membership charges and credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Beagle’s strongest fit is multi-tool coordination: its integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Linear, Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, Stripe, GitHub, Salesforce, Zoom, and Fireflies. OAuth-scoped connections, human approval for outbound actions, and audit logging of reads, writes, approvals, and denials give teams control over automated changes. Choose Beagle when approved actions need to move between meetings, CRM records, project documents, and messages. Teams seeking a simpler action list or a seat-based model may prefer a narrower tool.
