Battery Widget Reborn review
A focused Android battery widget for charge status, usage estimates and quick power controls.

Battery Widget Reborn is an Android app for people who want battery status and power shortcuts visible from the home screen. Its circular widget shows charge level and battery information, while battery-life predictions and charging or discharging charts provide more context than a charge indicator alone. Status-bar notifications can show estimated time, voltage, temperature and battery health. The app is focused on battery monitoring rather than broader home-screen tools, so it suits people who want that information and related controls at a glance.
The widget can be customized by size, color and transparency. Status-bar notifications offer multiple icon styles, and shortcuts open the power summary or device settings. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and background-sync toggles are also available, subject to Android version support. Flashlight and settings shortcuts add a few more quick actions, but the feature set remains centered on battery status and device power controls. Choose it for that focused mix; people looking for calendar, weather, music or task widgets should look elsewhere.
The published options include a free, ad-supported version with basic battery monitoring and a separate paid standalone app, Battery Widget Reborn 2026, described as ad-free. Google Play shows the paid app at $4.49 in the US storefront; the vendor describes its ad-free upgrade as a one-time purchase, so that storefront price should not be treated as universal. This is a straightforward choice for Android users who prefer a free starting point or an ad-free standalone option. Those who want a wider widget toolkit, or need toggles without Android-version dependencies, may prefer another app.
