Basin is a cloud form backend and no-code form builder for agencies, businesses, freelancers, startups, creators, and small teams. Existing HTML forms can send submissions to Basin endpoints without server-side code, while Form Studio supports hosted and embeddable forms. The service receives, stores, filters, and exports submissions, with email notifications, autoresponses, file uploads, validation, analytics, spam protection, and AI-assisted features varying by plan.

Pricing is structured around five plans. Free provides one form endpoint, 50 submissions per month, 30-day data retention, basic spam protection, AJAX support, and Zapier integration. Starter costs $12.50 per month with annual billing and adds three forms, 250 submissions per month, 500MB of file storage, one project, and 365 days of retention. Growth costs $24.17 per month with annual billing and adds unlimited forms, 1,000 submissions, 2GB of storage, unlimited projects and collaborators, webhooks, and API access. Pro costs $40.83 per month with annual billing and adds 5,000 submissions, 10GB of storage, advanced spam filtering, an AI lead agent, and virus scanning. Agency costs $108.33 per month with annual billing and adds 25,000 submissions, 50GB of storage, multi-step forms, unlimited projects and collaborators, and priority support. A 14-day free trial is also shown.

Basin fits workflows that need more than a basic contact form, especially when conditional logic, uploads, signed webhook payloads, or API access matter. Integrations include Zapier, Make, Pipedream, Slack, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Microsoft Teams, Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Integrately, and Asana. CSV and JSON exports provide additional ways to move submission data. Small teams should consider Basin when they want hosted or embeddable forms and a gradual path from a free endpoint to higher quotas. Teams needing only occasional, low-volume collection may stay on Free; teams requiring larger volumes, advanced filtering, or multi-step forms should compare the paid tiers carefully.

    • Hosted and embeddable forms with broad integrations
  • Where it doesn't
    • Free plan limits usage to one endpoint and 50 submissions
    • Higher submission limits require paid annual-billing plans
    • Advanced features are distributed across multiple paid tiers
