Automate Your Business Plan is standalone Windows software for solo operators and small businesses preparing structured business plans. Step-by-step instructions and five example plans guide the writing process, while financial assumptions and projections connect the narrative to a customized spreadsheet workbook. The Chart of Accounts Wizard builds that workbook, and linked calculations update related figures across the model. Users can create multiple plans, transfer projects between their own computers, and produce a PowerPoint presentation or PDF version of the plan.

The paid options use one-time package pricing. The Software download costs $80 and includes the business plan software. The Software download with eBook costs $90 and adds the Anatomy of a Business Plan eBook. The Software package with book costs $95, providing shipped software and the Anatomy of a Business Plan book. There is no free plan or subscription tier. Buyers choosing between packages are mainly deciding whether they want digital guidance, a digital eBook, or shipped materials alongside the software.

Its strongest fit is a spreadsheet-oriented workflow: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint integration supports writing, financial modeling, and presentation output in familiar desktop applications. Financial outputs include cash flow, budgets, income projections, ratios, loan amortization, and break-even analysis, giving the product broader modeling coverage than a writing-only template. The trade-off is platform scope: the product is labeled for Windows 7 through 10, with desktop deployment and no established Mac support. Choose it if you want guided planning and connected financial workbooks on Windows; consider another option if you need browser access, broader platform support, or a free way to evaluate the software.
