Auction Flex is auction management software for auctioneers and auction businesses that need one system for catalog creation, bidding operations, checkout, and back-office administration. Its scope includes cataloging with barcodes or images, clerking, cashiering, accounting, inventory, consignor and vendor management, reporting, payments, shipping, and driver’s-license scanning. It supports absentee, internet-only, and webcast auctions, making it suited to auction houses managing both in-person and online activity.

The pricing structure is organized around workstations. The 1 Workstation plan costs $85 per month and supports cataloging, clerking, and closing from one workstation. The 2 Workstations plan costs $120 per month for simultaneous cataloging and clerking, while the 3 Workstations plan costs $155 per month for cataloging, clerking, and checkout stations. The 4 Workstations plan costs $190 per month for a team setup, additional workstations cost $30 per workstation per month, and Unlimited Workstations costs $550 per month. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. These tiers fit teams that can map their auction workflow to a defined workstation count.

Auction Flex also connects with HiBid, AuctionZip, and Global Payments, and supports integrated credit-card processing plus shipping and mailing integrations. Maximum proxy bidding, bid increments, soft close, linked soft-close groups, and cloud access across supported computers and mobile devices add operational depth beyond basic lot tracking. The platform is a strong fit for auction businesses seeking broad back-office coverage and multiple bidding formats. Smaller operators with simple listing needs, or teams that prefer a single web-based product rather than a desktop-oriented workflow, may find its workstation-based structure less suitable.
