Auction Experts is a hosted auction platform for established auction houses, liquidators, dealers, charities, and integrated auction platforms. It combines branded auction websites with timed and live bidding, remote bidding with video, sealed-bid and Dutch auctions, automatic proxy bidding, consignor management, bidder management, invoicing, payment-provider integrations, APIs, webhooks, and native iOS and Android apps. Its deployment options include a hosted template, integration alongside an existing website, or API integration. The service is operated by Logan ICT Services B.V. from Amsterdam and hosted on Microsoft Azure.
Pricing is aimed at organisations with an ongoing auction operation rather than occasional sellers. The Professional plan is listed at €720 per month or €2,450 as a one-time implementation option, with the Manager back office, customised website design, customised email and invoice templates, all bidding types, payment-provider integration, and multiple administrator accounts. The €2,450 implementation price depends on design scope, and prices exclude VAT. Enterprise adds a white-label website with a full CMS, public and integration APIs, an event system for CRM integration, native mobile apps, custom payment providers, and unlimited lot types; pricing is available on request.
The platform’s main strength is breadth across auction formats and operational workflows. It can support live events with video as well as timed, sealed-bid, and Dutch auctions, while automated invoicing can include premiums, VAT, and shipping. Its ecosystem includes Microsoft Azure, Stripe, Mollie, Exact, Umbraco, Drupal, Invaluable, Lot-tissimo, MessageBird, and QuickPay. Auction houses needing branded digital infrastructure, multiple bidding models, consignor workflows, and integration options should consider it.
