Asset Bank is a cloud-based digital asset management platform for marketing teams, staff and external partners. It centralizes images, artwork, video, audio and documents, combining configurable metadata, search, permissions, approval workflows, version control and external sharing. Its rights and consent management make it suited to organizations managing governed content across internal teams and outside partners. Password-protected collections and portals support controlled distribution, while unlimited external access is included in the Essential plan.
Pricing reflects an enterprise-oriented product. Essential costs $8,949 per year and starts with 500GB of storage and 50 registered users. Professional costs $14,799 per year, starts with 1TB of storage and 100 registered users, and adds integrations and features. Enterprise costs $29,249 per year, starts with 5TB of storage and 200 registered users, and provides enterprise-scale capabilities. Prices are annual and exclude set-up fees. For organizations that need structured governance, these tiers package storage, users and workflow capabilities at a substantially higher entry point than more accessible DAM options.
The platform’s strongest fit is for teams that need more than a searchable media library. Custom metadata fields, dropdowns, checklists and keyword pickers support consistent classification, while bulk upload and metadata updates help manage large collections. Approval workflows cover uploads, edits and downloads, and version alerts help teams track changes. AI tagging, metadata generation and AI search add discovery support; download transformations can resize, crop and convert images. Integrations include Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, WordPress, SharePoint, Figma, Sketch, Sitecore, Shutterstock, Ziflow and REST API access. Choose Asset Bank for rights-managed, collaborative DAM operations; smaller teams seeking lower-cost entry or a simpler library may prefer a narrower tool.
