AssessEEZ is a cloud-based portfolio assessment platform for colleges, universities, training providers and assessment centres. It brings learner portfolios, evidence submissions, assessment decisions, assessor feedback, internal quality assurance and external quality assurance into one web-based system. Learners can upload evidence against assessment criteria and track progress, while assessors record outcomes and submission history. Administrators manage qualifications, users, permissions, reporting and configuration through role-based dashboards. It is best suited to assessment-led vocational education and training programs that need structured evidence management rather than a general-purpose portfolio site.

Pricing is unusually direct for a paid platform. The Monthly per user plan costs £1.90 per user per month and includes free assessor, IQA and EQA accounts, subject to a fair usage policy. The One-off per user plan costs £19 per user as a one-time payment and includes the same account arrangement and fair usage policy. A White-label deployment is also available with a monthly software fee plus infrastructure costs, unlimited students and a dedicated hosting configuration. These options give providers a low-entry route for standard use, while organisations seeking their own branded deployment should account for the additional infrastructure cost.

The strongest fit comes from the depth of its assessment and quality-assurance workflows. Role-based permissions, audit trails, timestamped activity logs, real-time reporting and progress tracking support oversight across learners, assessors, IQAs and EQAs. Evidence can be sampled, decisions reviewed and feedback recorded within the platform, making it a practical choice where accountability and assessment history matter. The trade-off is its narrow platform coverage: AssessEEZ is web-only, with no mobile access, and it does not offer a free plan. Choose it for structured vocational assessment and quality assurance at a low published price; choose an alternative if mobile portfolio access or a broader creative portfolio experience is central.
