Arkio is a 3D design and collaboration application for architecture, engineering and construction teams. It supports model creation and review at human scale across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, with virtual and mixed reality workflows for immersive design sessions. Teams can import and export OBJ and glTF/GLB files, review BIM information, add notes and markups, share scenes, and present designs across computers, tablets, phones and XR headsets. Its solid modeling tools include real-time boolean operations and parametric volumes.

The plan structure makes Arkio accessible for individual exploration and smaller review sessions. Starter is free and includes all modeling tools, 1:1 meetings, OBJ/GLB import and export, and image import and export. Pro costs $35 per user per month with annual billing and adds meetings for up to 6 people, Revit, Rhino and SketchUp import and export, Archicad and Navisworks import, sections, layers, BIM metadata, geolocated sun studies, AI renders and 500 monthly AI credits. Enterprise costs $85 per floating license per month with annual billing and adds meetings for up to 24 people, presentation mode, view-only scene sharing, 1000 monthly AI credits per license, priority support and onboarding.

Arkio fits teams that need design discussion to happen around a model rather than only through conventional screen-based review. Its integrations cover major architecture and coordination tools, including Archicad, Navisworks, Revit, Rhino and SketchUp, while Arkio Cloud, Enscape, Excel and OpenStreetMap extend the surrounding workflow. Notes, markups, issue export, scene history, file search and version snapshots support review continuity. Choose Arkio for collaborative VR, mixed reality and BIM review; choose an alternative if video or panorama output is central to the workflow.
