AreOne is a web-based digital wedding invitation and RSVP platform for couples and wedding planners. It combines editable invitation templates with event details, RSVP forms, guest-list management and sharing through links or QR codes. Guests can access invitations in a browser without an app or account. Multilingual and right-to-left content make it particularly suitable for couples coordinating guests across language preferences or regions.
Its strongest area is guest coordination. RSVP forms can collect attendance, meal and dietary responses, while real-time tracking helps planners monitor replies. Guest lists can be exported as CSV files, and seating plans with printable place cards extend the tool beyond simple invitation design. Sharing supports WhatsApp, email and SMS, with Google Calendar and .ics links for event scheduling. Stripe and PayPal are listed integrations. The platform also includes photo galleries and event details, giving couples room to present more than the ceremony date and RSVP form.
AreOne is a paid product with a 7-day Free option for designing and previewing invitations, up to 30 guests, seating, meals and live analytics. Event Pass adds all 75+ premium templates, unlimited guests and RSVPs, live publishing, seating, meals and analytics. Wedding Website adds a dedicated wedding website, custom URL, Story, Photos, Travel and Registry tabs, while Starter is aimed at solo planners handling up to 5 invitations. Pro is designed for agencies with unlimited invitations and guests and removes AreOne branding. The dedicated multi-page website is coming soon, so couples needing that format now should consider an alternative. AreOne fits invitation-led planning; it is less suitable for travel-heavy wedding logistics or custom-domain requirements.
