Archilogic is a web-based spatial data platform for occupiers, workplace teams, property organizations, and service providers. It converts and manages digital floor plans, supports browser-based 2D and 3D editing, and connects spatial information with workplace, IWMS, IoT, and productivity systems. Its portfolio tools cover search, filtering, metadata editing, archiving, duplication, custom attributes, sharing, embeds, and QR-based access. The platform is aimed at mid-market and enterprise teams managing buildings or space portfolios rather than general-purpose 3D artists.

Pricing is organized around floor plans. The free Starter plan includes editor access, one integration, API access and webhooks, and the Floor Plan SDK. Starter conversion costs $329 per floor plan conversion. Plus starts at $24.90 per floor plan per month with annual billing and adds white-glove onboarding and 24-hour support. Professional starts at $59 per floor plan per month with annual billing and adds approval flows, five integrations, custom space mapping, extensions, user roles and teams, and API access and webhooks. Plus and Professional packages start at 10 floor plans, while Enterprise adds private extensions, SSO/SAML, an optional private instance, priority support, and US data hosting.

Archilogic is particularly well suited to organizations that need governed floor-plan data, layout variants, visual diffs, rollback, BOMA-compliant area calculations, and export flexibility. Its ecosystem includes 17 integrations, while the Space GraphQL API, webhooks, and Floor Plan SDK support custom applications and connected workflows. It is less suitable for teams seeking a broad visual-production suite: dedicated 360-degree panorama tours, VR/AR, video export, and AI visualization are outside its documented feature set. Choose it for portfolio management and spatial APIs; consider another product when immersive presentation is the primary requirement.

Archilogic pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Browser-based 2D and 3D editing with versioning and approvals
    • Exports to JPG, PNG, SVG, DXF, GeoJSON, IFC, GLTF, and IMDF
    • Space GraphQL API, webhooks, SDKs, and 17 integrations
  • Where it doesn't
    • No dedicated 360-degree panorama tours or VR/AR capability
    • No video-export capability for visualization projects
    • Advanced plans use per-floor-plan pricing rather than per-user pricing
