ARC System 4 is desktop room-analysis and correction software for studio monitoring on Windows and macOS. It measures acoustic response around a listening position, generates a correction profile and applies that profile through a DAW plug-in during real-time monitoring. The product is aimed at producers, engineers and other users working with stereo monitor pairs who want calibrated monitoring inside a DAW rather than a broader multichannel correction system.

Its measurement workflow can store profiles for different monitor pairs and listening positions, which helps when one studio serves more than one monitoring setup. ARC 4 also provides over 20 monitor-emulation profiles, nine factory target curves, adjustable upper and lower correction limits, and selectable natural-phase or linear-phase modes. Correction-filter resolution is adjustable, giving users control over how the profile is applied. The available plans separate software from hardware: ARC 4 Software Only includes the correction plug-in without a microphone, while ARC 4 Software and Mic adds an included MEMS measurement microphone.

ARC 4 remains a focused stereo tool rather than a system for multichannel rooms or whole-facility calibration. Its DAW plug-in integration fits workflows centered on software monitoring, while the desktop-only Windows and macOS deployment keeps the scope narrow. Users who need two-channel correction, profile management and monitor emulations should find the feature set aligned with that task. Those requiring more than two channels, mobile operation or support beyond documentation should consider a different category fit.
