Anolla review
A restaurant-focused reservation platform, not a fit for training management.

Anolla is an AI-powered restaurant reservation and table management platform for restaurants, cafés, bars, and hospitality groups. It manages online table bookings, walk-ins, seating, availability, floor plans, waitlists, deposits, guest profiles, confirmations, reminders, and restaurant communications. Website booking links, QR codes, mobile apps, guest apps, and multi-location management extend its reach across restaurant operations. For hospitality businesses focused on reservations and guest flow, Anolla provides a broad operational scope. Training teams, however, should look elsewhere because its feature set is centered on restaurant service rather than courses, learners, or training administration.
The published plans use a freemium model. The Free plan costs €0 and includes online table reservations, a reservation calendar, basic guest profiles, and automatic booking confirmations. Paid features use usage-based pricing and add automated reminders, waitlist management, advanced integrations, analytics, and loyalty features. The platform connects with Stripe, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, POS systems, inventory management systems, loyalty programs, hotel booking engines, and a public API. That combination suits restaurants coordinating bookings with payments, marketing, operations, and hospitality systems.
Anolla’s strongest case is a restaurant that needs more than a booking calendar: table and floor-plan management, deposits and online prepayments, automated email and SMS communication, CRM, dynamic pricing, reporting, and multi-location controls all sit within the product’s scope. Its web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android availability also supports different operating environments. The trade-off is category fit. Organizations seeking training plans, learner records, course delivery, assessments, or compliance tracking should choose a training management product instead. Anolla is appropriate for restaurant reservation operations, but it should not be selected as a general training management system.
