AlohaCommerce is a hosted ecommerce platform for merchants selling physical, configurable, bundled, or digital products. It suits small stores that want to launch a first storefront without a subscription, as well as businesses handling made-to-order products such as custom furniture, gifts, apparel, and rentals. Catalog tools cover variants, dependent options, dynamic pricing, bundles, and digital products. Storefronts include templates, a section-based page builder, guest checkout, session-based carts, and custom domains on Pro.

The pricing structure starts with Starter, which provides one free storefront, unlimited products, unlimited orders, bundled CRM, Affiliate, Inventory, and Configurator capabilities, plus template and page-building tools. Pro includes Starter features, adds stores on demand, Stripe Connect payouts, managed SSL for custom domains, and priority email support. It costs $9.95 per additional active store monthly. Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding, an SLA and support agreement, custom integrations, production workflow integration, and delivery integration. This makes the free first store particularly suitable for testing a small catalog or operating a single storefront, while multi-store merchants can scale by active store.

AlohaCommerce has a broad operational feature set for a hosted platform: Stripe payments, refunds, cancellations, partial captures, shipping zones, carrier tracking, local delivery, self-pickup, webhooks, role-based permissions, and audit logging. Its AI content tools cover product descriptions, image generation, background removal, and upscaling. The platform connects with Stripe, Etsy, Ecwid, and several AlohaOne services, including inventory, CRM, affiliate, delivery, email, marketing, social, support, knowledge, and assistant tools. Choose it for a free-first, web-based store with configurable products and built-in commerce operations. Merchants requiring broader sales channels or abandoned-cart recovery should consider another platform.
