AllMy Support is an email-first helpdesk for small businesses handling support across multiple brands. Its shared inbox brings brand-specific addresses together, while agents can assign, prioritize, tag, and reply to tickets in the app or from an email client. The product also includes a searchable public knowledge base, a customer portal for ticket updates, and a website contact widget. It is suited to small teams whose support work centers on email rather than live conversations across multiple channels.

Ticket handling is the product’s clearest strength. Teams can use filters, saved views, priorities, custom fields, and search to organize incoming requests. Automations include auto-replies, assignment, SLA escalation, nudges, and auto-close; SLA reporting and post-resolution satisfaction surveys add ways to track service. AI ticket summaries are included with a monthly credit allowance. These tools fit teams that want more structure than a shared mailbox, but the website widget creates email tickets and is not live chat. The product is therefore a weaker fit if real-time website conversations or broader channel coverage are requirements.

Pricing is per agent, and the listed All features plan costs $10 per agent monthly or $8 per agent monthly with annual billing; both include unlimited brands, tickets, and contacts. The published starting price is the per-agent component on annual billing. A 14-day trial is available without a card, but there is no free plan. AllMy Support is cloud-based, with web and API platforms, and lists Zendesk, AWS SES, SendGrid, and Google integrations. Workspaces support up to 10 agents, and there are no mobile apps. Small teams with email-led, multi-brand support may find the scope and pricing a fit; teams needing live chat, mobile apps, or a larger workspace should consider alternatives.

  • Where it doesn't
    • The website widget is a contact form, not live chat
    • Support is email- and ticket-focused rather than multi-channel
    • Workspaces support up to 10 agents, with no mobile apps
