Alchemer is survey and feedback software for individuals, small teams, market researchers, and enterprise organizations. Its builder supports more than 40 question types, forms, custom branding, response collection, reporting, integrations, and API-based data access. The platform is suited to teams creating research surveys, feedback programs, and data collection workflows that require more control than a basic form tool. Panel services and panel-company integrations also support respondent sourcing.

Pricing follows a freemium model. The Free Plan includes limited features and responses. Collaborator costs $55 per user per month and adds unlimited surveys, 75,000 annual responses per account, and email support. Professional costs $165 per user per month and includes 100,000 annual responses per account, custom templates and branding, plus additional logic, scripting, publishing, and analysis. Full Access costs $275 per user per month and adds 125,000 annual responses per account, advanced research question types, and advanced statistical analysis and reporting tools. Business Platform includes omnichannel feedback collection, enterprise-grade security features, SSO, and permission-based controls.

Alchemer’s main strength is breadth for advanced survey work. Teams can combine question and page logic, branching, piping, filtering, segmentation, individual response review, charts, trends, exports, and scheduled report sharing. Integrations include Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, Zendesk, and Microsoft Teams, while the REST API provides access to survey and response data. Custom themes, logos, colors, private domains, and white-labeling support branded programs. Choose Alchemer when complex survey design, analysis, respondent sourcing, or connected workflows justify its paid tiers. Teams needing only simple questionnaires may find the free plan restrictive and the paid plans unnecessarily expensive.
