Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate is desktop software for Windows and macOS that converts video and audio across 1,000+ formats. It is aimed at consumers, creators, and other users who want an offline toolkit that combines conversion, editing, compression, audio extraction, and AI-based video enhancement. Supported workflows include 8K, 5K, 4K, HD, and standard video, along with subtitle and audio-track management.
The published plans offer three purchase options. The Monthly VIP Plan costs $29 per month for one PC and includes 1,000+ formats, 300 additional credits, free updates, and 24/7 customer support. The Perpetual VIP Plan costs $62.45 as a one-time purchase, includes a lifetime license for one PC, and raises the allowance to 500 additional credits while retaining free updates and 24/7 support. The Multi-user VIP Plan costs $187.35 and includes 1,000 additional credits, free updates, and 24/7 customer support. For users who expect to keep the software, the perpetual plan changes the cost comparison substantially from the monthly option.
Its main strength is breadth: conversion, batch processing, hardware-accelerated encoding and decoding, trimming, cropping, rotating, merging, watermarking, compression, upscaling, GIF creation, and audio-format conversion sit in one application. That makes it a fit for users handling varied files or higher-resolution workflows rather than only occasional format changes. The trade-off is that the monthly entry price is high for a converter, while the perpetual plan is limited to one PC. Users seeking broad 8K capability and an all-in-one desktop workflow should consider it; users needing only basic conversion may prefer a narrower tool.
