Aimylogic is a visual no-code and low-code platform for building chatbots, voice bots, smart IVR systems, and voice-assistant skills. It is suited to businesses that want to automate customer support, sales, order collection, notifications, feedback, or lead capture across websites, messaging channels, and business systems. Its scenario builder supports intent-based natural-language understanding, while ChatGPT-assisted creation helps teams develop bot flows without starting entirely from scratch.
The platform’s main strength is its breadth of deployment and workflow options. Bots can run through a website chat widget and connect with Telegram, WhatsApp Business, VKontakte, Viber, WeChat, Microsoft Teams, and other listed integrations. APIs and webhooks connect external systems, while broadcasts and scheduled message sequences support outbound communication. Human-agent handoff gives automated conversations an escalation path, and analytics covers bots and conversations. This makes Aimylogic a practical fit for teams managing several channels or combining automation with operator support.
The plans are organized by monthly user capacity. Free includes 25 unique users per month, unlimited analytics, and listed messaging and business integrations. Startup, Growth, Optimal, and Premium increase the included capacity to 100, 500, 1,000, and 10,000 unique users per month respectively; these tiers also include additional users, SMS, and unlimited analytics. Business Jivo supports 500 users per month but works only in Jivo. Aimylogic is a strong choice for teams needing multichannel automation, AI-assisted creation, and structured handoff. It is less suitable for organizations that need unrestricted free usage or a Jivo-independent version of the Business Jivo plan.
