AffRef is affiliate marketing software for Shopify stores, Stripe-based SaaS, Lemon Squeezy products, and iOS or Android subscription apps. It tracks referral links, coupon codes, conversions, recurring commissions, and affiliate performance through first-party tracking, webhooks, and an API. Branded affiliate portals, analytics, refund-window controls, and payout workflows make it suitable for independent operators, growing brands, agencies, and higher-volume businesses managing partner programs across web and mobile.

The monthly plans scale mainly by brands, affiliate capacity, payout automation, and operational depth. Starter costs $49 per month and includes 500 affiliates, unlimited clicks and conversions, first-party tracking, a branded portal, and PayPal Mass Pay CSV exports. Pro costs $99 per month and adds 3 brands, 5,000 affiliates per brand, Stripe Connect auto-pay, Lemon Squeezy and RevenueCat integrations, mobile app attribution, and priority support. Scale costs $249 per month and includes 5 brands, 25,000 affiliates per brand, tiered commissions, REST API access, a white-label portal, and priority support. Enterprise adds unlimited brands and affiliates, SSO/SAML, audit logs, custom contracts, a dedicated account manager, and white-glove migration. A 7-day free trial is available.

AffRef fits teams that need subscription-aware attribution across Shopify, SaaS, and mobile apps, especially when recurring commissions, refund-window holds, conversion reversals, and automated payouts matter. Its ecosystem includes Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, RevenueCat, Adapty, Qonversion, StoreKit, Klaviyo, PayPal, Wise, and Next.js, while the REST API covers clicks, conversions, affiliates, and payouts on Scale. It is less suited to a small program that needs more than 500 affiliates on the entry plan or requires mobile attribution and subscription integrations without moving to Pro.
