AceProject is a web-based project management application for individuals, small teams, organizations and larger business groups. It combines task assignment with board, grid, calendar and Gantt views, plus custom fields, filters, saved reports, recurring tasks and project templates. Time clocks, timesheets, approvals, document sharing, expense tracking and API access extend it beyond basic task lists. Browser access is supported across major platforms, with iOS and Android access as well.
Pricing is structured around active-user, active-project and storage limits. The Basic plan is free and includes 3 active users, 3 active projects and 1 GB of storage. Standard costs $24 per month for 10 active users, 10 active projects and 5 GB of storage. Advanced costs $49 per month for 30 active users, 30 active projects and 15 GB of storage. Silver costs $99 per month for 100 active users, 100 active projects and 45 GB of storage. Gold lists unlimited users, unlimited projects and 100+ GB of storage. Free accounts are deleted after 30 consecutive days without a login.
The product’s strongest fit is for teams that want classic project controls in one application rather than a narrow task board. Its built-in time approvals, expense reports, document versioning and locking, CSV and Excel import/export, and API can support more structured workflows. However, the absence of native integrations limits its fit for teams that need a connected software ecosystem. Small teams can start with Basic, while growing groups can choose higher limits; teams prioritizing integrations should consider an alternative.
