Accent Cloud Phone is a cloud-based business phone system for organizations with 5 to 5,000 users. It combines business voice calling with automated attendants, IVR menus, advanced call routing, voicemail transcription, call recording, number porting, team messaging, file sharing, video meetings, desktop access, mobile apps, and VoIP desk-phone support. Its deployment options cover cloud, desktop, and mobile use, making it suited to small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations with office, remote, or hybrid teams.

Pricing is divided into Team, Pro, Pro+, and Premium tiers on annual billing. Team costs $6.99 per user per month and includes messaging, internal calling, apps, file sharing, and meetings for up to 30 participants, but it does not include the cloud phone system. Pro costs $14.99 per user per month and adds the cloud phone system, unlimited U.S. and Canada calling and texting, a personal number, voicemail transcription, automated attendants, and advanced routing. Pro+ costs $19.99 annually and adds support for bring-your-own VoIP desk phones, while Premium costs $24.99 and includes a GXP 2135 VoIP desk phone. Monthly Team, Pro, and Pro+ prices are $9.99, $18.99, and $24.99 per user per month, respectively.

The platform offers a focused communications stack across web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with Microsoft Teams listed as an integration. Support channels include email, phone, and tickets, and 24/7 support is available. Desk-phone support, setup assistance, system programming, training, and ongoing technical support make the higher tiers more suitable for businesses that still rely on physical phones. Choose Accent Cloud Phone if your organization needs broad unified communications and advanced call handling; consider another option if a free plan or a wider integration ecosystem is essential.
