3Dream is a browser-based room planning and interior design application from ViewIT Technologies Inc. It serves homeowners, interior designers, decorators, furniture retailers, builders, and related professionals. The workflow covers drawing floor plans, furnishing and styling rooms in 2D, navigating designs in 3D, applying materials, and creating snapshots from any angle. Project and client management also make it relevant to professionals coordinating multiple design engagements.
The published plans show a free Basic account with online 3D room planning and the ability to create snapshots of 3D views. The Professional plan is listed at $39.99 per month, billed monthly, and adds snapshots for printing, saving, or emailing, along with access to furnishings, accessories, wall treatments, and lighting. It also includes design reports, proposals, and shopping lists. A 30-day free trial is available, giving prospective users a way to evaluate the paid feature set before committing.
Its strongest fit is a design workflow that connects visualization with practical project output. Drag-and-drop furniture, accessories, and materials support room styling, while automatic reports and shopping lists can help turn a design into a client-facing or purchasing workflow. The service is available through a web browser and on Windows, but its platform coverage is narrow, and the vendor’s listed system requirements reference Windows 7, Vista, XP, and legacy browsers. Choose 3Dream if client organization, room visualization, and shopping documentation matter most; consider another option if broader current-platform support or more extensive verified design and export capabilities are priorities.
