2ask is a browser-based survey platform for employee surveys, customer feedback, market research, education, and patient surveys. It combines a questionnaire builder with templates and preview tools, multilingual survey creation, advanced logic, distribution controls, live monitoring, reporting, exports, and branding options. It is suited to organisations, freelancers, students, and enterprise teams that need more control than a basic form builder, especially when surveys require branching or multiple languages.
The published plans separate evaluation, commercial, student, and enterprise use. The 30-day Free trial supports 1 active survey, up to 30 respondents, and up to 40 questions. The Monthly plan and Standard plan each provide unlimited surveys and questions, with monthly respondent limits of 1,000 and 2,000 respectively. The Business plan raises that limit to 5,000 respondents per month. Student plan I, Student plan II, and Student plan III support 250, 500, and 1,000 participants respectively, with 1 active survey and unlimited questions; these plans are limited to students and may not be used commercially. Enterprise plan I supports unlimited surveys, up to 15,000 respondents per month, and up to 3 user accounts.
Its strongest case is depth in survey design and analysis. Display logic, branching, skip logic, loops, and randomisation support complex questionnaires, while email, links, embeds, QR codes, and access codes cover varied distribution needs. Live response monitoring, charts, filters, crosstabs, and report generation extend the workflow beyond collection, and exports include Excel, CSV, SPSS, PDF, Word, and PowerPoint. Custom design, logos, and corporate branding add presentation control. Choose 2ask for multilingual research and structured survey operations; consider another option if native desktop or mobile coverage is essential, or if a permanently free plan is required.
