The advertised $120 Walmart price and $20 savings over Amazon are not verified for a specific Pokémon TCG Elite Trainer Box. Because the headline does not identify an expansion or edition—and retailers list multiple boxes—the price claim cannot be confirmed without matching the exact item and listing details.
Which Elite Trainer Box is the $120 offer for?
An Elite Trainer Box is a physical Pokémon Trading Card Game product tied to a particular expansion. The expansion and edition matter: boxes with similar names can have different contents, and Walmart’s assortment includes multiple named Elite Trainer Boxes at different prices. A generic category page does not establish that a particular box currently costs $120. Walmart’s Elite Trainer Box assortment is not enough to identify a matching Amazon listing or verify the advertised price.
Before treating the offer as a deal, identify the full product name, including its expansion and edition, then confirm the listing is for that same item. Price and availability can change, so the relevant listings need to be checked at the time of purchase.
Does Walmart save you $20 compared with Amazon?
The available listings do not establish a verified Amazon price for the same box, so a $20 savings calculation is not supported. To make a fair comparison, match all of the following:

A lower displayed price alone may not mean a lower total cost if shipping, seller, condition, or availability differs. Confirm those details on both listings before deciding.
What comes in an Elite Trainer Box?
Contents vary by edition. The Pokémon Company International’s 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box product page lists nine expansion booster packs, a full-art Nidorina promo card, 65 card sleeves, 16 foil Basic Energy cards, damage-counter dice, a coin-flip die, a plastic coin, and a storage box with six dividers. These are specifications for that named product, not a guarantee of what comes in every Elite Trainer Box.

How to check the offer before buying
- Identify the product. Record the complete expansion and edition name from the Walmart listing, not just “Elite Trainer Box.”
- Check the listing details. Confirm the item’s condition, seller, stock status, and shipping terms.
- Find the same edition on Amazon. Compare the same product and condition, and check its seller, availability, shipping, and applicable terms.
- Compare total costs. Use the price plus any shipping costs and account for differences in delivery or membership terms. Only call it a $20 saving if the matched listings support that difference.
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
