There is no verified announcement of the 2027 Pocket Gamer Mobile Games Awards in the available PocketGamer.biz coverage. That means no 2027 date, venue, categories, nominations, voting, or tickets can yet be confirmed here. Readers should treat participation as unannounced rather than assume voting is open.
What is confirmed about the 2027 awards?
The available coverage documents the 2026 awards and earlier editions, but does not confirm a 2027 event or how to take part. Do not rely on a date, category list, nomination deadline, or voting link unless Pocket Gamer publishes a specific 2027 announcement.
The recent event name used in trade coverage is “Pocket Gamer Mobile Games Awards.” The 2026 ceremony was the ninth edition, held on August 25 during Gamescom week at Gürzenich Köln in Cologne, Germany, with Samsung Gaming Hub as its partner. Those details apply to 2026 only; they do not establish the 2027 schedule or partnership. PocketGamer.biz’s awards coverage

2024: different routes for special awards
The 2024 guide described 23 categories spanning games, developers, publishers, tools, services, app stores, and industry contributors. Most categories considered activity from January 2023 to June 2024. Shortlisting did not guarantee a finalist place, and finalists were voted on. The People’s Choice award was nominated and voted on by consumers, while organisers selected the Mobile Legend. The ceremony took place in Cologne on August 20. None of those eligibility dates or processes should be assumed for 2027. PocketGamer.biz’s 2024 guide
