A useful monthly ticket report needs more than a ticket count: it should identify the reporting period and included tickets, separate volume from response and resolution times, and define exactly how SLA results are calculated. For Albaida-Tickets, the available project evidence does not establish its current data model, reporting features, or print and PDF behavior. Treat the measures and layout below as a feature-planning guide, not as a description of functionality already present in the app.
What the report should tell its reader
A printed report is often read away from the application, so its figures need to make sense on their own. Give it a clear title, the month or exact date range, and a concise description of which tickets are included. Keep metric definitions and the relevant SLA policy alongside the numbers rather than relying on a reader to know the app’s settings.
Ticket reporting commonly separates volume, resolution time, and assignment information; Intercom’s documentation is one example of those report categories: Intercom ticket reporting. These are useful design references, not confirmation that Albaida-Tickets currently records or calculates the same measures.

Make the reporting period and population explicit
Decide whether the report covers calendar months or another defined range, and state its start and end dates. Also specify how tickets enter the report. A count grouped by creation date answers how many tickets arrived during the month; a count grouped by closure date answers how many were closed during it. Those are different populations, so label the event used to assign a ticket to the month.

Document any filters that materially change the population, such as ticket status or category, only if the application supports them. Albaida-Tickets’ date boundaries, filters, and ticket data model are not established by the available project information; confirm them against the app’s requirements before publishing figures.
Which metrics belong in a monthly view
Volume, time, and SLA attainment answer different operational questions. Keep them as separate measures, and use the same reporting period and ticket population when comparing them.

Do not call a measure “response time” without saying whether it means first response or another response event. Similarly, a resolution-time figure is difficult to compare or interpret unless readers know the clock’s start, stop, and time basis.

An SLA result depends on more than whether a ticket met a target. It depends on which tickets were covered, what target applied, when the clock ran, and how the result was counted. Intercom’s SLA reporting documentation describes indicators such as miss rate, tickets with SLAs, tickets that missed SLAs, performance, targets hit over time, and the hourly distribution of missed targets: Intercom SLA reporting. Those categories can inform a report design, but they do not establish Albaida-Tickets’ SLA calculations.

Show counts as well as a rate
If the app calculates an SLA rate, show the number of tickets that met the target, the number that missed it, and the eligible-ticket denominator used for the rate. State whether tickets without an applicable SLA are excluded. Without that context, the same percentage could describe different sets of tickets.
State the clock and target rules
- Say whether the clock uses elapsed hours or a business-hours calendar.
- Explain whether time pauses while waiting for a customer or during another excluded state.
- Describe how different customer or ticket targets affect the reported result, if the app supports them.
- Identify the event that starts and stops the SLA measurement.
These rules can materially change the meaning of a result. Alba Ticket’s own helpdesk page describes working-hours calendars, pauses while waiting for customers, and customer-specific targets for that product: Alba Ticket helpdesk. Do not assume Albaida-Tickets implements those behaviors; establish its policy from project requirements and actual application behavior.

Make month-to-month comparisons fair
A trend is meaningful only when the periods use comparable boundaries, ticket populations, and clock rules. If a filter, SLA target, business-hours calendar, or pause policy changes, call that out rather than presenting the figures as a like-for-like comparison. For measures based on ticket events, make clear whether the month is assigned by creation, first response, resolution, or another event.
Design the page for printing
Use a report title, date range, metric labels, and nearby definitions so a printed copy remains understandable without the interface around it. Place SLA clock rules close to SLA results, and avoid relying on color alone to distinguish met from missed targets. Before describing the feature as printable or exportable, verify the actual implementation: available project information does not confirm browser printing, a PDF export, or a dedicated print stylesheet.

What can—and cannot—be inferred about Albaida-Tickets
The project-specific information available here does not identify Albaida-Tickets’ repository or specification, existing reporting behavior, data fields, SLA configuration, or print implementation. Official material for Alba Ticket provides context about a similarly named ticketing product, not proof that it is the same application. Its API documentation describes ticket access and reporting hours over a period, which is an adjacent example rather than evidence of Albaida-Tickets’ API or data model: Alba Ticket API documentation.
Before implementing or documenting the feature, verify the app’s ticket events and stored timestamps, month-boundary rules, inclusion criteria, SLA targets and clock behavior, and the actual print path. Then ensure the report’s labels and calculations match those verified rules.
