There is no verified, like-for-like dataset establishing the 25 fastest-growing startups in the Philippines. The companies below are a practical discovery shortlist drawn from directory profiles, not a ranked list or a claim that every company is growing quickly. The reviewed directory material substantiates 20 candidates with varying levels of detail, so this article does not invent five more to meet the number in the original headline.
How to read this shortlist
“Rising” here is an editorial description, not a measured ranking. The directory profiles identify companies, sectors, locations and, for some, funding stages, but do not provide comparable, independently verified growth, revenue, user or funding data for every company. A directory stage label can help distinguish an early-stage company from a growth-stage one; it does not prove recent growth. The directory pages reviewed show 101 results in one page set and 71 in another, so listings and totals can vary by page or version.
Use the entries as leads for further investigation. Confirm each company’s current operations and Philippine connection through its own current materials, and compare dated figures on consistent measures rather than treating unlike or undated claims as equivalent.

Philippine startups and companies to investigate
The entries below span fintech, retail and e-commerce, logistics, healthcare, education, housing and agriculture. Stage labels are included only where the directory supplied one.
#1 Best Overall
- "Startups" is the updated version of an older Oink Game which came out in 2015 and won the second prize at Game Market Tokyo: "Rights". We upgraded the rules, the design and it is even possible to play with more players now!
- Every player takes the role of an investor and needs to try to invest in at least one of six startup companies to get the biggest shares. Only the player with the most cards of one company can get money in the end, which is why you need to carefully watch the moves of your rival players and thus become the top investor.
- To make the original game even more interesting, we added "the market", the "Anti-Monopoly-Chip" and more. The rules are still as simple as they were, but if you have played "Rights" before you should notice a new depth to it.
- The logos of the six startup companies were designed by Kentaro "ANI" Fujimoto who is a famous typographer in Japan. We recommend talking about the different logos and about what kind of company stands behind it - it's fun!

Other directory entries needing context
- FlySpaces — Flexible office and coworking marketplace; listed as seed stage.
- Xurpas Inc. — Described by the directory as a Philippine mobile-content pioneer and public company. Its public-company status may make it a poor fit for a strict startup shortlist.
Two entries require particular caution before inclusion in a Philippines-only assessment. The directory locates Expedock, an AI document-automation company for freight and logistics, in the United States; its Philippine origin or connection needs verification. Xurpas Inc. is identified as a public company and may be too mature for a list limited to rising startups. These descriptions are directory claims, not independent assessments of current status. Check the relevant company profiles and the companies’ own current materials before relying on them.
What the funding picture says—and what it does not
DealStreet data reported by the Philippine News Agency put Philippine startup fundraising at about USD 86.4 million across approximately 15 startups in the first half of 2025. The PNA report said the Philippines ranked fourth regionally by funding deal volume and value, behind Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia. It identified fintech as the largest share of Philippine startup investment in that period, with health, food and beverage, and retail technology also attracting funding. Read the PNA report.

- Philippine connection: Is the company founded or based in the Philippines, or does it have another clearly documented connection to the country?
- Sector and product: What does it offer, and which customers or problem does it serve?
- Stage and date: Who supplied the stage label, and when was it current?
- Funding: Are amounts and rounds dated, attributed and comparable?
- Traction: Are revenue, customer, user or operating figures verifiable and measured over a stated period?
Without consistent, dated evidence on growth or traction, “promising” remains a judgment rather than a factual ranking. The directory is a snapshot for discovery, not a complete census of the Philippine startup landscape. Startup Philippines describes its platform as covering founders, funders, enablers and hubs across all 17 regions, and lists fields including fintech, healthtech, agritech, edtech and govtech. Explore the government platform for a broader view of the ecosystem.

Funding totals alone do not explain whether a startup can sustain growth, but the availability of later-stage capital is one relevant ecosystem factor. In a September 17, 2025 PNA report, Joan Yao, General Partner at Kickstart Ventures, said: “Late-stage deals remain scarce in the Philippines, as elsewhere in the region – an opportunity in Kickstart’s view.” The PNA report also quoted Yao’s assessment that Philippine companies had built “better economics, better governance, and have very concrete results to show for themselves.” That is her view, not a measured statistic.
