The page uses the EST label but does not explain how it handles daylight-saving time. Check the official hours close to your call, particularly if the timing is critical.

The Page Plus Support site offers live chat and an automated support flow. Its listed help categories include activation, troubleshooting, refills, and porting a number. The site does not publish a response-time commitment, so chat should not be treated as a guaranteed faster alternative to calling.

Handle routine account tasks with self-service
For balance checks, refills, and managing plans or phones, Page Plus describes 611611 as available 24/7. Its support topics also list #737 and My Account for account-management tasks.
