The OPPO K13 Turbo 5G is the larger phone, with a 6.8-inch display, an active cooling fan and a 7,000mAh typical battery. The vivo X300 FE is more compact and lighter, and adds a dedicated 50MP OIS telephoto camera. Both list 120Hz displays and fast wired charging, but the available evidence does not establish a current comparable OPPO price or a head-to-head performance winner.
At a glance: two different kinds of phone
The specifications point to different priorities, not direct equivalents in size or camera setup. OPPO’s K13 Turbo 5G (model CPH2761) focuses on a large screen, active cooling and battery capacity. vivo’s X300 FE combines a smaller body with a three-camera rear system that includes a stabilized telephoto lens.

Which phone is better for gaming and performance?
OPPO K13 Turbo: cooling hardware and a bigger screen
OPPO lists a MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor, LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 3.1 storage and an active cooling fan. Its 6.8-inch display gives games more screen area than the X300 FE’s 6.31-inch panel. Those specifications may appeal if gaming comfort and a large display matter to you, but they do not prove better sustained frame rates or longer gaming sessions.

OPPO’s stated water and dust ratings come with a specific qualification: the cooling fan module is independent from the phone body. Do not interpret the ratings as proof that the fan itself is sealed against water or dust.
vivo X300 FE: higher-tier named chipset, without a head-to-head result
vivo lists the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, LPDDR5X Ultra memory and UFS 4.1 storage. The Snapdragon is a higher-tier named platform than the K13 Turbo’s Dimensity 8450, but no controlled, comparable benchmark evidence is available here to quantify the gap or show real-world performance in a particular game.
Choose based on the combination of size, cooling design and the apps you use—not chipset names alone. Both phones list 120Hz displays; that refresh-rate figure by itself does not establish that games will run at 120 frames per second.

Which has the more useful camera system?
The X300 FE offers more focal-length flexibility on paper: its rear cameras include a 50MP OIS main camera, a 50MP OIS telephoto and an 8MP wide camera. Its front camera is listed at 50MP with autofocus. The K13 Turbo’s rear cameras are a 50MP wide camera and a 2MP monochrome camera, with a 16MP front camera.

If you want a dedicated telephoto lens for subjects at a distance, the X300 FE is the more versatile specification. The listed megapixel counts and camera types do not establish which phone takes better photos; image quality also depends on processing and shooting conditions, and no independent photo comparison is established here.
vivo says its ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is compatible with the X300 FE and describes 200mm-equivalent reach. It is an optional, separate purchase, not part of the phone’s listed camera system. Check exact compatibility and India availability before buying. vivo’s product page
How different are their size and battery capacities?
The K13 Turbo has a 6.8-inch display and a larger stated battery: 7,000mAh typical capacity, or 6,830mAh rated. The X300 FE has a 6.31-inch display, weighs 191g and lists a 6,500mAh typical battery, or 6,350mAh rated. These are manufacturer figures; battery capacity does not tell you how long either phone will last under your usage.
The X300 FE is the clear specification-led choice if you prefer a smaller display and a stated weight of 191g. OPPO does not state the K13 Turbo’s weight on the cited specifications page, so a precise weight comparison cannot be made from these sources.

Does 90W charging make the vivo faster?
Not necessarily. OPPO lists charging up to 80W SUPERVOOC, while vivo lists up to 90W FlashCharge when using the original adapter and cable. The wattage labels are not comparable charging-time tests, so they do not show which phone reaches a given battery level sooner in real use.
Both manufacturers list a charger and protective case in the box in the cited product information. OPPO also lists a cable and fan-cleaning brush; vivo’s store listing includes an adapter and cable. Check the exact regional retail package for the unit you purchase.
What is the price difference in India?
A live listing on the vivo India Store showed ₹94,999 for a selected X300 FE 12GB+256GB configuration, with an MRP of ₹119,999, when accessed in 2026. Store prices and offers can change; confirm the current listing before purchase.

A comparable current OPPO K13 Turbo price was not established, so a price difference or value winner cannot be stated. Compare the same date and the exact RAM/storage variants you intend to buy. Do not use the price of OPPO K13 5G as a substitute: it is a distinct non-Turbo model, as OPPO’s K13 5G newsroom release makes clear.
