There is no universal winner between the OPPO Find X9 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. Choose the OPPO if its 200MP 3x telephoto system, very large stated battery, faster-rated wired and wireless charging, and optional Hasselblad Teleconverter match your priorities. Choose the Samsung if you want two dedicated telephoto focal lengths, a built-in Privacy Display, an S Pen-oriented Galaxy experience, and broad 3x-to-5x optical coverage. The camera, battery and performance specifications below are manufacturer claims; no same-condition independent test establishes that either phone takes better pictures or lasts longer.
This comparison is specifically about the OPPO Find X9 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. OPPO also sells a separate Find X9 Ultra; it is not the model discussed here.
What each phone is designed to do
The Find X9 Pro and Galaxy S26 Ultra take different approaches to a flagship phone. OPPO concentrates its headline imaging specification in one high-resolution telephoto camera: a 200MP Hasselblad 3x unit that can crop its sensor for longer, lossless zoom ranges. Samsung spreads zoom duties across two telephoto cameras, one at 3x and another at 5x, then labels certain intermediate settings “optical-quality.” Those are not interchangeable terms, so the zoom hardware deserves a close look before you decide.
The other major contrast is capacity and charging. OPPO states a 7,500mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. Samsung states a 5,000mAh battery and says the S26 Ultra can reach up to 75% in 30 minutes under its described charging conditions. A larger capacity or a faster charging rating does not, by itself, prove longer real-world runtime or shorter charging in every situation.

Samsung adds a feature the OPPO specification does not list: a built-in Privacy Display intended to limit what people beside you can see. That can be more important than a camera specification if you regularly use your phone on public transport, in meetings or in other shared spaces.

Camera and zoom: one high-resolution telephoto versus two dedicated telephotos
How the OPPO Find X9 Pro system works
OPPO’s headline camera is a 200MP Hasselblad telephoto with a 3x optical position. It uses a 1/1.56-inch sensor, an f/2.1 aperture and a 10cm minimum focus distance. OPPO says cropping that high-resolution sensor provides up to 13.2x lossless zoom. In practical terms, the phone starts with one telephoto lens and uses the sensor’s surplus pixels to frame narrower views before relying on more aggressive computational processing.
Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteWindows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallOPPO also advertises a Super Zoom algorithm that can enhance images up to 120x. “Up to” describes the maximum mode, not a promise that a 120x frame will contain the detail of an optical photograph. At such extreme magnification, stabilization, light, subject movement and processing have a large effect. Treat 120x as an electronic reach option for identifying a distant subject, not as an equivalent to a 120x optical lens.
The optional Hasselblad Teleconverter is designed exclusively for the Find X9 Pro and is specified to provide 10x optical super-zoom. It is a separate accessory, so you must account for its cost, availability, handling and compatibility in your country. Current stock and regional warranty terms are not established by the specifications above.
How the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra system works
Samsung uses a 10MP 3x telephoto and a 50MP 5x telephoto in addition to its 200MP wide and 50MP ultrawide cameras. The two native telephoto positions give you an optical 3x view for nearer subjects and an optical 5x view for more distant subjects without asking one lens to cover both jobs.
Samsung lists 2x and 10x “optical-quality” zoom as well as up to 100x digital zoom. Optical-quality is Samsung’s term for a computationally processed result intended to resemble an optical view; it is not the same as adding another physical lens. The 3x and 5x settings are the actual optical positions listed by Samsung.

Which zoom arrangement suits your subjects?
| Use case | Potential fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Portraits at roughly 3x | Both | Each manufacturer specifies a 3x telephoto position. Framing, color and skin-tone preference require hands-on testing. |
| Subjects around 5x | Galaxy S26 Ultra on paper | Samsung has a dedicated 5x 50MP telephoto. OPPO reaches longer views through cropping and processing from its 3x sensor. |
| Close-up and macro-style work | Find X9 Pro may appeal | OPPO specifies a 10cm minimum focus distance for its telephoto. Samsung’s supplied specification does not state a comparable telephoto focus distance. |
| Very distant subjects | Depends on accessory and conditions | OPPO advertises up to 120x Super Zoom and an optional 10x teleconverter; Samsung advertises up to 100x digital zoom. Neither figure establishes detail quality. |
| Ultra-wide landscapes | Galaxy S26 Ultra on listed hardware | Samsung specifies a 50MP ultrawide. The supplied Find X9 Pro specification does not give an ultrawide resolution. |
These are capability distinctions, not image-quality rankings. A larger pixel count does not automatically produce better color, autofocus or night results, and a dedicated lens does not guarantee superior processing.
Portraits, macro, concerts and everyday photography
Portraits
Both phones provide a 3x telephoto position, a useful perspective for head-and-shoulder portraits because it lets you stand farther away than with a wide camera. The Find X9 Pro’s 200MP sensor gives OPPO more pixels to crop, while Samsung’s system offers a separate 3x camera and a second 5x option. Your decision should come from handling and rendering preferences: check skin tones, edge separation, hair detail and how each phone behaves indoors rather than assuming the megapixel count decides the result.
Macro and close focus
OPPO explicitly lists a 10cm minimum focus distance for the 200MP telephoto. That specification could be useful for flowers, food, products or small objects when you want a compressed telephoto perspective. The available Samsung specifications do not state a matching minimum focus distance, so a definitive macro winner cannot be established from the published figures.
Concerts and distant stage action
A concert photographer may value a native 5x lens, making the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s 50MP 5x telephoto a straightforward choice on paper. The Find X9 Pro can crop its 3x 200MP sensor to 13.2x lossless zoom and can apply Super Zoom beyond that range. In a dark venue, however, shutter speed, stabilization, autofocus and noise reduction matter as much as reach. Test both phones at the venue or under comparable low-light conditions before treating either as the better concert camera.

Video
OPPO states that the main camera and 200MP telephoto can record 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR. Samsung lists 4K 120fps Pro Video and 8K 30fps. The modes differ in workflow: Dolby Vision HDR, Pro controls, storage requirements and editing support may matter more than the headline frame rate. Confirm which lenses support each mode, whether HDR footage fits your editing software and how much storage a recording consumes.
Battery capacity and charging
What the stated numbers mean
OPPO lists a 7,500mAh battery, while Samsung lists 5,000mAh. Those are rated capacities, not endurance tests. Runtime also depends on display brightness and resolution, refresh rate, modem signal, processor workload, camera use, gaming, background synchronization and temperature. Without a same-condition independent test, it is not responsible to declare that the Find X9 Pro lasts a certain number of hours longer.
| Charging feature | Find X9 Pro | Galaxy S26 Ultra |
|---|---|---|
| Wired rating or claim | 80W SUPERVOOC | Super-Fast Charging 3.0; Samsung says up to 75% in 30 minutes under its stated conditions |
| Wireless charging | 50W AIRVOOC | Not stated in the supplied specifications |
| Reverse wireless charging | 10W | Not stated in the supplied specifications |
| Battery capacity | 7,500mAh | 5,000mAh |
Charging results depend on the supplied or compatible charger, cable, temperature, battery level and whether you are using the phone while it charges. Samsung’s “up to 75% in 30 minutes” is a manufacturer result under described conditions, not a guaranteed result for every charger or outlet. OPPO’s 80W and 50W labels likewise identify supported charging rates, not an exact time from zero to full.

Which charging approach fits your routine?
- Choose the OPPO approach if you value a larger stated capacity, high-rated wired charging, high-rated wireless charging or 10W reverse wireless charging for accessories.
- Choose the Samsung approach if Samsung’s documented 30-minute percentage claim meets your routine and you prefer to verify charger compatibility locally.
- For travel and heavy use, compare actual charger size, cable availability, heat and replacement cost in your market; those practical details are not established by the headline wattages.
Display, privacy and outdoor use
Galaxy S26 Ultra: a specified privacy mode
Samsung specifies a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with an adaptive 1–120Hz refresh rate and a built-in Privacy Display. Samsung’s 6.9-inch measurement covers the full rectangle; with rounded corners, the measured area is 6.7 inches. Privacy Display is intended to reduce side-angle visibility, which can protect messages, work documents or account screens in shared spaces. Samsung’s description is a product feature claim, not independent testing of readability, viewing angle or battery impact.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFind X9 Pro: brightness range and low-light comfort
OPPO specifies a 120Hz display with up to 3,600 nits peak outdoor brightness and a 1-nit minimum brightness. “Peak outdoor brightness” is a maximum mode under specified conditions, not a sustained brightness measurement for every screen area or environment. The 1-nit figure may be useful at night, but comfort also depends on color temperature, dimming behavior and ambient light.
The choice is therefore less about a simple size or refresh-rate victory and more about priorities: Samsung supplies a documented privacy function and QHD+ resolution; OPPO highlights extreme peak brightness and a very low minimum level. Check local display settings and accessibility options before purchase if flicker sensitivity or side-angle privacy is important to you.
Build protection and handling
OPPO lists IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings. Samsung lists IP68. These ratings describe resistance under defined laboratory conditions; they do not make a phone indestructible, guarantee protection after drops or cover every liquid, pressure or temperature scenario. Salt water, pool chemicals, steam, impact damage and worn seals can create risks even when an IP rating is present.
Samsung lists the Galaxy S26 Ultra at 214g. The supplied Find X9 Pro specifications do not state its weight, dimensions or materials, so a direct handling comparison cannot be made from these figures. If pocket weight, one-handed reach or case size is decisive, check the exact regional specification and hold both phones before ordering.
Performance, storage and software choices
Processing hardware
Samsung identifies the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy. The supplied Find X9 Pro specification does not identify its processor, and no comparable benchmark result is provided. You should not infer a performance winner from the camera or battery figures. For gaming, sustained video recording or demanding on-device AI, look for independent tests using the exact regional models.
Storage
Samsung lists 256GB, 512GB and 1TB configurations, with availability dependent on memory configuration and market. The Find X9 Pro storage options are not stated in the available specification. High-frame-rate 4K and 8K video consume storage quickly, so confirm the exact capacity, expansion policy and cloud-backup costs before choosing a model.

Software and AI
The Find X9 Pro is specified with ColorOS 16. Samsung describes Galaxy AI as working in the background and identifies the S26 Ultra as part of its current Galaxy platform, but the exact software version and feature availability can vary by country, language, account and update. If you depend on a particular transcription, editing, translation or privacy feature, confirm that it is enabled in your region rather than relying on a launch presentation.

Before paying, verify:
- the model number and whether the listing is Find X9 Pro rather than Find X9 Ultra;
- the exact storage and memory configuration;
- 5G and LTE band compatibility with your carrier;
- local warranty coverage, repair locations and water-damage exclusions;
- charger, cable and wireless-charging compatibility;
- return terms and whether the seller is authorized in your country;
- which AI, recording and privacy features are available in your language and region.
Do not transfer Singapore pricing or retailer information for the Find X9 Ultra to the Find X9 Pro or to another market. A local price check is essential because the two phones may launch at different times or with different bundles.
Decision guide: match the phone to your priorities
| If your priority is… | Start with… | Reason and limitation |
|---|---|---|
| One high-resolution telephoto with crop flexibility | Find X9 Pro | 200MP 3x telephoto and up to 13.2x lossless zoom are the stated strengths; real detail quality still needs testing. |
| Native 5x telephoto framing | Galaxy S26 Ultra | Its 50MP 5x camera is a dedicated optical position. |
| Extreme advertised reach | Compare both in person | OPPO lists up to 120x Super Zoom; Samsung lists up to 100x digital. Neither maximum proves usable detail. |
| Large stated battery capacity | Find X9 Pro | 7,500mAh versus Samsung’s 5,000mAh; capacity is not runtime. |
| Fast wireless and reverse wireless charging | Find X9 Pro | 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless are specified; Samsung equivalents are not stated here. |
| Private viewing in public | Galaxy S26 Ultra | Built-in Privacy Display is a distinctive listed feature. |
| 8K recording | Galaxy S26 Ultra | Samsung lists 8K at 30fps; OPPO’s supplied specification highlights 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR instead. |
| Maximum outdoor brightness claim | Find X9 Pro | OPPO lists up to 3,600 nits peak outdoor brightness; peak figures are not sustained brightness tests. |
| Known flagship processor specification | Galaxy S26 Ultra | Samsung names Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy; OPPO’s processor is not stated here. |
How to choose before you order
- Write down your two most-used camera distances. If they are mostly around 3x, both phones qualify. If 5x is common, the Samsung has a dedicated optical position.
- Decide whether privacy is a daily requirement. If colleagues or passengers often see your screen, Samsung’s built-in Privacy Display may outweigh camera differences.
- Check your charging setup. Confirm that your preferred charger, cable and wireless pad support the phone’s advertised mode. Do not assume a third-party accessory will deliver the maximum rate.
- Check the exact local configuration. Record storage, memory, processor, modem bands, warranty and included accessories from the regional listing.
- Test the features that specifications cannot settle. Photograph a moving person, a dim scene, a backlit portrait and a distant sign; record a short 4K clip; inspect side-angle readability; and compare autofocus and heat after sustained use.
- Buy from a seller with clear returns. This gives you a way to reject a device whose ergonomics, display behavior or regional software does not suit you.
Bottom line
The OPPO Find X9 Pro is the more compelling specification match for someone who prioritizes a 200MP 3x telephoto, close-focus flexibility, a 7,500mAh stated battery and high-rated wired, wireless and reverse wireless charging. Its optional Hasselblad Teleconverter expands the concept further, but it is an extra accessory whose local availability must be checked.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is the clearer fit for someone who wants separate 3x and 5x optical telephotos, a 6.9-inch QHD+ display with a built-in Privacy Display, a named Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor and an 8K video mode. Samsung’s 5,000mAh capacity and “up to 75% in 30 minutes” statement should be read as specifications and a conditional charging claim, not proof of superior or inferior endurance.
Choose only after verifying your country’s price, stock, warranty, carrier bands and exact configuration. The published specifications identify different strengths, but they do not establish a definitive winner for camera quality, battery life, performance or value.
