In India, OPPO’s launch prices put the F33 Pro 5G ₹3,000 above the F33 5G in both matched 8GB configurations. The clearest listed reason to pay more is the Pro’s 50MP, 100° front camera with autofocus; the F33 has a 16MP, 85° front camera. The phones otherwise share key listed hardware, including the Dimensity 6360 MAX, a 7,000mAh typical-capacity battery, support for up to 80W SUPERVOOC charging, and a 120Hz-capable AMOLED display.
What is the price difference between OPPO F33 Pro and OPPO F33 5G?
OPPO India announced the following launch prices on 15 April 2026. These are launch prices, not verified current retailer prices.
| Model and configuration | India launch price | Difference at matched storage |
|---|---|---|
| F33 Pro 8GB/128GB | ₹37,999 | ₹3,000 more than F33 8GB/128GB |
| F33 8GB/128GB | ₹34,999 | — |
| F33 Pro 8GB/256GB | ₹40,999 | ₹3,000 more than F33 8GB/256GB |
| F33 8GB/256GB | ₹37,999 | — |
| F33 6GB/128GB | ₹31,999 | No same-RAM Pro launch price listed |
OPPO’s 15 April announcement said the F33 Pro series would go on sale from 23 April 2026 and the F33 from 26 April through offline stores, OPPO E-Store, Flipkart, and Amazon. It also announced bank discounts, exchange bonuses, no-cost EMI, and an initial 180-day protection offer; those were launch promotions, not confirmation of offers available now. OPPO India launch announcement
The same announcement mentions a Pro 12GB/256GB configuration in a specifications-at-a-glance table, but its price table lists only 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB, as does the Pro specifications page. The reviewed official material does not clarify the discrepancy, so there is no supported launch price here for a 12GB Pro variant. OPPO F33 Pro specifications

Which model should you choose?
Choose the F33 Pro if the front camera matters most
The Pro’s listed 50MP resolution, 100° field of view, and autofocus give it the more capable front-camera specification for including more people in a selfie. OPPO’s launch table also gives it the higher top water-and-dust rating. Those advantages may be relevant if you value wider group selfies or the specific rating difference; the sources do not establish how either phone performs in independent durability or camera testing.

Choose the F33 if you want the shared core hardware for less
At launch, the F33 cost ₹3,000 less than the Pro at both matched 8GB storage configurations. It retains the same listed processor, battery capacity, charging support, and broad display class. If you do not need the Pro’s higher-spec front camera or its listed rating difference, the F33 offers those shared headline specifications at the lower launch price.
This is a comparison of OPPO-published specifications and launch prices, not a hands-on verdict. OPPO’s product package list includes a charger, USB cable, SIM ejector tool, protective case, and quick guide, with a note that box contents may vary by market. Its Pro specifications page also cautions that a screen protector with poor light transmission may block the hidden light-sensor hole and affect normal use.
