Which phone’s screen and cameras better fit your use?
Choose the F31 Pro+ for a larger display and listed rear-camera stabilization
Its 6.8-inch panel is 0.23 inches larger diagonally than the F33 Pro’s 6.57-inch display. OPPO also lists the F31 Pro+ at the higher typical HBM brightness figure. Its main rear camera has two-axis OIS listed, and its specifications list rear 4K video capture; the F33 Pro specifications list 1080p capture and do not specify OIS.
Choose the F33 Pro if a wider selfie frame matters
The F33 Pro’s front camera has a 100° field of view, autofocus, and a 50MP resolution, compared with the F31 Pro+’s 82° and 32MP. Those numbers describe hardware, not a conclusive comparison of photo quality. OPPO promotes the wider view for group selfies, but no independent comparative camera testing is established here.

Performance and software: what the listed chipsets do—and do not—tell you
The F31 Pro+ lists a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and ColorOS 15; the F33 Pro lists a Dimensity 6360 MAX and ColorOS 16. These manufacturer specifications identify different hardware and software versions, but they do not by themselves establish which phone is faster, smoother in everyday use, or supported for longer. No independent comparative benchmark or support-duration evidence is available here.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Battery, charging, and durability claims
Both phones are specified with a 7,000mAh typical battery and charging up to 80W SUPERVOOC. OPPO’s F33 launch announcement claims about 69 minutes for a 0–100% charge under its stated conditions, and claims 1,800-cycle battery durability. These are manufacturer claims, not independent test results. The F31 Pro+ specifications also list third-party charging protocols and rates; check the detailed specification and the exact charger before relying on a non-SUPERVOOC adapter.

The listed ratings differ: IP66/IP68/IP69 for the F31 Pro+ and IP66/IP68/IP69K for the F33 Pro. OPPO’s F33 announcement describes high-pressure water resistance and hot-water testing claims. A rating is not a reason to intentionally expose a phone to water; follow the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty terms. An IP rating alone does not establish that water damage will be covered.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which one should you buy?
- Consider the F31 Pro+ if the larger display, listed rear-main-camera OIS, or listed 4K rear video mode matters more to you.
- Consider the F33 Pro if you want its wider, autofocus 50MP front-camera hardware or prefer its listed ColorOS 16 version.
- Compare current prices by exact variant. The ₹8,000 difference is between India launch prices for the shared 8GB+256GB configuration, not a verified current retail gap.
- Check local 5G compatibility. Both are 5G models, but confirm the bands supported by the specific variant against your carrier’s network.
Neither the chipset names nor the megapixel counts establish an overall performance or camera-quality winner. Choose based on the features you will use and the verified price of the exact variant available to you.
