The OPPO F31 Pro+ 5G and vivo T5x 5G make different spec-sheet trade-offs: OPPO lists an AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, optical image stabilization (OIS) on its 50MP main camera, and up to 80W charging. vivo lists a larger 7200mAh battery, a Dimensity 7400-Turbo chip, a 50MP Sony main camera, and 44W charging. Their published specifications do not establish which phone performs better in everyday use.

What is the price difference in India?
The available figures are not a like-for-like current-price comparison. OPPO’s published figures are launch prices from September 2025; vivo’s is a store display for a selected 6GB/128GB configuration, observed at the time of the listing check. Prices and availability can change.

OPPO’s launch announcement does not establish its current transaction price, and the vivo figure is for a lower-memory configuration than either listed OPPO option. Where the spec sheets differ most
Display technology and refresh rate
OPPO specifies an AMOLED panel and refresh rates up to 120Hz; vivo specifies an LCD panel. This is a clear difference in listed display technology, but the published figures alone do not establish comparative brightness, color, or viewing quality.

Processor
The phones use different chips: Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the OPPO and Dimensity 7400-Turbo in the vivo. The model names are not enough to determine which phone is faster in apps or games; no comparable performance testing is established here.
Camera hardware
OPPO lists a 50MP main camera with 2-axis OIS, while vivo identifies its 50MP main camera as a Sony IMX852. Their secondary rear cameras differ too: OPPO lists a monochrome camera and vivo a bokeh camera. These hardware descriptions do not establish which phone takes better photos or video.

Battery capacity and charging
vivo lists a 7200mAh battery. OPPO lists 7000mAh typical capacity and 6820mAh rated capacity. OPPO’s listed charging rate is up to 80W, compared with vivo’s 44W. Capacity and charging-rate figures do not establish comparative endurance or full-charge times; no controlled, comparable tests are available here.

- Consider the OPPO F31 Pro+ 5G if AMOLED and a refresh rate up to 120Hz are priorities, or if OIS on the main camera and a listed charging rate up to 80W matter to you.
- Consider the vivo T5x 5G if its listed 7200mAh battery capacity is a priority, or you want a configuration with 128GB storage. Its 50MP main camera is identified as a Sony IMX852.
- Compare prices only after matching configurations and dates. The documented OPPO prices are 2025 launch prices for 256GB models, while the vivo store figure is for a selected 128GB model and may change.
Neither set of specifications settles real-world speed, camera results, battery endurance, or charging time. Those questions require comparable testing rather than a judgment based only on component names or manufacturer-listed rates.
