The Samsung Galaxy A27 5G is the clearer choice if you need 5G and want the listed FHD+ Super AMOLED display. OPPO’s Global-listed A6 Pro CPH2799 has a larger stated battery and faster maximum charging, but it is a 4G model. This comparison uses that specific OPPO variant alongside Samsung’s UK-listed Galaxy A27 5G; OPPO also sells a different A6 Pro 5G in India, so check the model and country before comparing prices or network support.
Which OPPO A6 Pro does this comparison cover?
“OPPO A6 Pro” does not identify one universal specification set. OPPO Global’s CPH2799 specifications list a MediaTek Helio G100 and GSM/3G/4G bands, not 5G. OPPO India’s separate CPH2827 A6 Pro 5G has a Dimensity 6300 and an HD+ LCD. The comparison below uses CPH2799 and Samsung’s UK Galaxy A27 5G listing; it does not combine specifications from the two OPPO variants.
Samsung’s published Galaxy A27 5G information lists a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. The Samsung UK page provides the configuration and specifications used here. These are manufacturer-listed figures, not independent test results.

Where the phones differ in everyday use
5G and display
For a buyer who needs 5G, the Galaxy A27 5G is the fit between these two specific listings. The OPPO CPH2799 is listed with 4G bands, so its battery and charging figures should not be used to describe OPPO’s separate India-market 5G model.
Both listed screens are FHD+ AMOLED-class panels with refresh rates up to 120 Hz. Samsung’s screen is larger at 6.7 inches, compared with OPPO’s 6.57 inches. Samsung describes its A27 display as Super AMOLED with 120 Hz refresh; those are manufacturer claims, not a comparative display test.

Battery capacity and charging
OPPO lists a 7000 mAh typical battery and charging up to 80 W, while Samsung lists a 5000 mAh typical battery. Samsung’s UK page also gives a video-playback figure of up to 23 hours. Capacity and maximum charging power do not, by themselves, establish real-world battery life or charging time; usage, settings, network conditions, and charger availability matter.

Cameras
Samsung lists three rear cameras: a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 5 MP ultra-wide, and a 2 MP macro camera. OPPO lists a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP monochrome sensor. Samsung therefore offers more listed rear-camera types, including an ultra-wide and OIS on the main camera. Megapixel counts and camera lists alone do not establish which phone takes better photos.

Price difference: treat the listed amounts as a snapshot
A retrieved 91mobiles comparison-page snapshot displayed ₹32,999 for the OPPO A6 Pro and ₹33,999 for the Galaxy A27 5G—a ₹1,000 difference in that snapshot, with the OPPO shown lower. The snapshot is not a current or universal price guarantee. It does not establish that the figures apply to the Global CPH2799 configuration compared above, and the price can vary by country, exact model, storage, seller, and promotion.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the Galaxy A27 5G if 5G is a requirement, or if you prefer the listed 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen and want an ultra-wide camera and OIS specified for the main camera.
- Consider the OPPO A6 Pro CPH2799 if your priority is the higher stated battery capacity and up-to-80 W charging, and 4G meets your needs.
- If you mean the India-market OPPO A6 Pro 5G, compare that CPH2827 variant directly with the Galaxy model available in your market. Its HD+ LCD and Dimensity 6300 make it a materially different comparison from the Global CPH2799.
This is a specification-based choice, not a conclusion from hands-on testing or independent performance benchmarks.
