The Omega ODW704XB is a 60 cm freestanding dishwasher listed with 14 place settings, a removable cutlery tray and a DualZone option. Its published specifications give a useful picture of its layout and connections, but the available evidence does not establish cleaning performance, reliability or current availability. Treat this as a specification-led review, not a hands-on test.
What is the Omega ODW704XB?
Hagemeyer Appliances, identified in its datasheet as Omega’s Australian distributor, describes the ODW704XB as a stainless-steel, freestanding dishwasher with a removable worktop. The document lists 14 place settings and dimensions of 845 × 598 × 594 mm (H × W × D). Those are datasheet figures, not measurements of a particular unit; the document cautions that it “must not be regarded as an infallible guide to current specifications and features.” Hagemeyer Appliances datasheet
How flexible is the interior?
The ODW704XB’s documented loading features include a removable cutlery tray, an adjustable top basket that can be repositioned while loaded, folding tines at the rear, and a lockable control panel. Its DualZone function lets you select the top basket, bottom basket or both. The datasheet describes the quick wash as intended for lightly soiled plates.
Hagemeyer lists space for plates up to 30 cm in the lower basket. Its stated upper-basket clearance is 19 cm with the cutlery tray fitted and 24 cm without it. These clearances are useful planning figures, but the shape of a dish can affect whether it fits in practice.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Which wash programs are listed?
The datasheet says the dishwasher has six programs, but the extracted program list accounts for only five. It lists a 35-minute quick program at 40°C, normal at 45°C, daily one-hour at 60°C, pots-intensive at 65°C, and heavy-soak at 55°C. The missing sixth program is not identified in that list, so consult the manual for the specific unit before relying on a complete program lineup.
What are the published ratings and connection requirements?
| Specification | Hagemeyer datasheet figure |
|---|---|
| Energy rating | 3.5 stars |
| Water rating | 4 stars |
| Listed noise | 47 dBA |
| Electrical supply | 10 amp / 240 V |
| Water connection | Cold water |
| Warranty | 24 months, parts and labour |
The datasheet does not state its publication year. Its star ratings should therefore be treated as source-era specifications, not as a current comparison with other dishwashers or an independent test result. Confirm the rating label, installation requirements and warranty terms for the particular appliance and region.

What do owner reviews establish?
A retailer search-result panel showed a small number of historical reviews dated 2012. Comments included praise for the cutlery drawer and adjustable interior, as well as reports of a faulty delivery unit or connector hose. These are isolated retailer anecdotes; they do not establish typical ownership outcomes, failure rates or reliability. Appliances Online retailer page
