Yes—if you need most of the included parts, Newegg’s $1,165.99 bundle is substantially cheaper than buying them separately. The package combines AMD’s Ryzen 7 9800X3D, a Gigabyte Aorus X870E Elite WiFi7 motherboard, 32GB of Team T-Force Delta RGB DDR5-6000, a 2TB Team Group NV5000 SSD, a Cooler Master Elite Liquid 240mm AIO cooler and Onimusha. Tom’s Hardware’s October 14, 2026 deal report calculates a $358.98 saving (23%) against a $1,524.97 separate-purchase total.
The frequently quoted $151 memory figure needs context: it is an effective allocation of the bundle discount, not the RAM kit’s checkout price. The kit is listed at $509 on its own, or $459 after the cited $50 code, GTWF223.
What the $1,165.99 package contains
| Component | Key specification |
|---|---|
| CPU | AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D; 8 cores, 16 threads, 4.6GHz base clock, up to 5.2GHz boost, 96MB L3 cache |
| Motherboard | Gigabyte Aorus X870E Elite WiFi7; PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 7, 2.5GbE, 12 rear USB ports, two USB4 ports and four M.2 sockets |
| Memory | 32GB (2×16GB) Team T-Force Delta RGB DDR5-6000 |
| Storage | Team Group NV5000 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD; rated up to 5,000MB/s sequential read, 3,000MB/s write and 640TBW endurance |
| Cooling | Cooler Master Elite Liquid 240mm all-in-one cooler |
| Game | Onimusha included as a promotional extra |
The value proposition is therefore a complete core platform rather than inexpensive memory by itself. You receive the CPU, AM5 motherboard, RAM, boot drive and liquid cooler in one transaction, with a game bundled in as well.

Tom’s Hardware reports a $1,524.97 total for the listed parts when purchased separately. Subtracting the $1,165.99 bundle price produces a $358.98 saving. Assigning that saving across the package makes the 32GB kit’s effective share about $151, which explains the headline. It does not mean Newegg sells the memory alone for $151.
#1 Best Overall
- Boosts System Performance: 32GB DDR5 RAM laptop memory kit (2x16GB) that operates at 5600MHz, 5200MHz, or 4800MHz to improve multitasking and system responsiveness for smoother performance
- Accelerated gaming performance: Every millisecond gained in fast-paced gameplay counts—power through heavy workloads and benefit from versatile downclocking and higher frame rates
- Optimized DDR5 compatibility: Best for 12th Gen Intel Core and AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processors — Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO also supported on the same RAM module
- Trusted Micron Quality: Backed by 42 years of memory expertise, this DDR5 RAM is rigorously tested at both component and module levels, ensuring top performance and reliability
- ECC Type = Non-ECC, Form Factor = SODIMM, Pin Count = 262-Pin, PC Speed = PC5-44800, Voltage = 1.1V, Rank And Configuration = 1Rx8
For a direct memory-only comparison, the cited standalone listing is $509, falling to $459 with the $50 GTWF223 code. That coupon, the bundle price and availability can change, so confirm the final checkout totals before ordering. The 23% saving is the calculation reported by Tom’s Hardware in 2026, not a permanent price guarantee.
Why the platform may justify buying together
Ryzen 7 9800X3D
The 9800X3D is an 8-core/16-thread Zen 5 processor with a 96MB L3 cache, 4.6GHz base clock and 5.2GHz maximum boost. Its X3D cache design makes it a gaming-oriented choice, while eight Zen 5 cores also provide a substantial general-purpose desktop workload base. The supplied deal information does not establish benchmark results, so treat the specification and platform fit—not an invented frame-rate claim—as the basis for comparison.

X870E connectivity and expansion
The Aorus X870E Elite WiFi7 is unusually well equipped for a bundle motherboard. Its rear I/O includes 12 USB ports, with two USB4 connections; four M.2 sockets provide room for multiple NVMe drives; PCIe 5.0 supports current and future high-bandwidth expansion; and Wi-Fi 7 plus 2.5GbE cover modern wireless and wired networking. Those features matter if you expect to add several SSDs, fast peripherals or a next-generation expansion card. They matter less if you only need one graphics card, one drive and basic USB connectivity.
Storage and cooling
The 2TB NV5000 is a PCIe 4.0 drive rated for 5,000MB/s reads, 3,000MB/s writes and 640TBW endurance. Two terabytes gives a new gaming installation considerably more working space than a 1TB boot drive, although the drive is not a PCIe 5.0 model. The included 240mm AIO means you do not need to purchase a separate CPU cooler, provided your case supports a 240mm radiator and you are comfortable installing liquid cooling.

- Requires overclocking/BIOS adjustments. Maximum speed and performance depends on system components, including motherboard and CPU.
- G.SKILL Flare X5 Series DDR5 U-DIMM Memory Kit, Model: F5-6000J3636F16GX2-FX5
- Non-ECC, DDR5 U-DIMM, 288-pin, for Desktop PC & Gaming
- Includes JEDEC default profile, and AMD EXPO & Intel XMP 3.0 memory overclock profile
- Do not mix memory kits. Memory kits are sold in matched kits that are designed to run together as a set. Mixing memory kits will result in stability issues or system failure.
When buying the bundle makes sense
- You need a new platform: the CPU, motherboard, DDR5 memory, SSD and cooler are all on your shopping list.
- You value expansion: four M.2 sockets, USB4, PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 7 and 2.5GbE are useful for a long-lived build.
- You can use the cooler: your case has a compatible 240mm radiator mount and you do not already own a suitable AM5 cooler.
- You accept the included parts: changing the SSD, RAM capacity or cooling plan may erase the bundle’s advantage.
When separate purchases are safer
- You already own components: buying another cooler, SSD or AM5 motherboard duplicates value you cannot use.
- You need different memory: 64GB, non-RGB modules or a different speed may be more important than the included 32GB kit.
- You prefer air cooling: an AIO adds a pump and radiator; a compatible air cooler may better suit your maintenance preferences or case.
- You do not need the platform’s connectivity: paying for four M.2 sockets, USB4 or Wi-Fi 7 is unnecessary for a basic single-drive build.
Checks to make before ordering
- Open the current Newegg listing and verify that the combo is in stock at $1,165.99.
- Confirm that the CPU, exact Aorus X870E Elite WiFi7 board, 32GB kit, NV5000 2TB SSD, 240mm AIO and Onimusha are all shown in the same bundle.
- Test code GTWF223 only where it is accepted; the reported $459 RAM price is conditional on that $50 code.
- Check your case’s motherboard form-factor and 240mm radiator clearance, and budget for a graphics card, power supply and operating system if you do not already have them.
- Review the final cart total, shipping, tax, rebate terms and game redemption instructions. Prices, inventory and promotional inclusions are subject to change.
Verdict
At the reported price, this is a strong way to absorb high DDR5 pricing because the discount applies to an entire, capable AM5 platform rather than to memory alone. The effective $151 RAM allocation is compelling only when you also need the 9800X3D, X870E board, 2TB SSD and AIO. If you do, the reported $358.98 saving makes buying together the better route; if you need only RAM or already own several of those parts, compare current individual prices instead.
Tom’s Hardware notes that combo bundles were back in stock at Newegg when its October 14, 2026 report was published, and discloses that it may earn an affiliate commission from links. Stock, the $1,165.99 price and code GTWF223 are not guaranteed to remain unchanged.
