NOW WiFi Pass costs $10 for 30 days, according to Xfinity’s support page checked October 7, 2026. It is a paid way for people who are not Xfinity Internet customers to use eligible Xfinity WiFi hotspots—not a home internet plan or a portable hotspot. To buy it, you must first be in range of an eligible hotspot and connected to it.
What is NOW WiFi Pass, and who can buy it?
NOW WiFi Pass is a 30-day service that gives non-Xfinity Internet customers access to Xfinity WiFi hotspots. Xfinity says the pass includes unlimited hotspot data and access to more than 22 million hotspots. Those are company-published figures, not independent measurements of coverage or performance.
The service works only through Xfinity-owned and operated hotspots in Xfinity’s service territory. It is not a universal WiFi network: an eligible hotspot must be nearby, and Xfinity does not guarantee hotspot availability, a successful connection, or any particular speed at a given location. Check Xfinity’s hotspot finder for locations, then confirm the current offer and terms on its NOW WiFi Pass page.

Xfinity’s support page lists NOW WiFi Pass at $10 for 30 days for non-Xfinity Internet customers, as of October 7, 2026. Comcast’s May 9, 2024 launch announcement gave a different price: $20 for 30 days. That is the historical launch price, not the current price listed on Xfinity’s support page.

The two company sources also give different hotspot counts: the current support page says more than 22 million, while the 2024 launch announcement said 23 million or more. The sources do not explain the change, so treat both as dated company figures rather than a guaranteed count of usable hotspots near you.
Can I use NOW WiFi Pass where I live or travel?
Only if an eligible Xfinity hotspot is in range. The pass is limited to Xfinity-owned and operated hotspots in Xfinity’s service territory; it does not provide cellular coverage or home broadband. Xfinity says availability and connection are not guaranteed at every location, and actual speeds vary without a guaranteed minimum.

How many devices can connect at once, and do I need equipment?
One pass can connect up to two devices simultaneously, according to Xfinity. Xfinity also says no additional equipment is required. You connect compatible devices to an available Xfinity WiFi hotspot; the pass is a digital service, not a router or a physical hotspot device.
