Choose the Nothing Phone (4b) if your priority is the simplest camera setup and a lower listed price in Mexico; the Phone (4a) if you want Nothing’s advertised 70x zoom; the Phone (4a) Pro if its Sony-sensor camera system and advertised 140x zoom appeal to you; or the Phone (3) if you want four 50MP cameras and its Glyph Interface. Those are feature-based distinctions, not proof of which phone takes better photos or offers the best overall value.

What distinguishes the four phones?

Model What Nothing lists or advertises Price snapshot
Phone (4b) 50MP main camera with 4K video, Essential AI tools, and a Glyph Bar. Nothing describes its battery as the company’s “longest-lasting,” a manufacturer claim rather than an independent test result. Mexico: MX$7,999 for 8GB/128GB, shown on Nothing’s product page accessed October 7, 2026.
Phone (4a) Three-camera system, up to 70x ultra zoom, and Essential AI tools. UK: £379 for 8GB/128GB, shown on Nothing’s product page accessed October 7, 2026. Mexico catalog: MX$8,999.
Phone (4a) Pro Three-camera system with a Sony sensor, up to 140x ultra zoom, and Essential AI tools. UK: £519 for 8GB/128GB, shown on Nothing’s product page accessed October 7, 2026. Mexico catalog: MX$13,499. US catalog: $419.
Phone (3) Four 50MP cameras, a Glyph Interface, and Essential Search. Mexico: MX$16,499 for 12GB/256GB, shown on Nothing’s product page accessed October 7, 2026. US catalog: $549.

Prices are market-specific snapshots from Nothing’s official product and catalog pages accessed October 7, 2026, not guaranteed current prices or directly comparable offers. The Mexico catalog listed all four models; the US catalog listed the Phone (4a) Pro and Phone (3), but not the Phone (4b). Nothing’s pages establish advertised features and listed configurations, not independent performance rankings.

Which should you buy for the camera?

Pick the Phone (4b) for a straightforward main-camera specification

Nothing lists a 50MP main camera and 4K video. The product description does not establish how its photos or videos compare with the other three phones in real-world testing.

Pick the Phone (4a) if advertised zoom is your priority

Nothing advertises up to 70x ultra zoom. That maximum is a specification claim, not evidence that images at that magnification retain useful detail or outperform the other models.

Consider the Phone (4a) Pro for its stated camera hardware

Its advertised three-camera setup includes a Sony sensor and up to 140x ultra zoom. The listing does not establish that the Pro produces better results than the Phone (4a) or Phone (3).

Pick the Phone (3) if four 50MP cameras matter to you

Nothing lists four 50MP cameras. Camera count and resolution alone do not determine photo quality, and the product page does not provide an independent comparison with the other models.

Which should you buy for software and interface features?

Nothing’s product descriptions mention Essential AI tools on the Phone (4b), Phone (4a), and Phone (4a) Pro. The Phone (4b) listing also names a Glyph Bar; the Phone (3) listing names a Glyph Interface and Essential Search. These descriptions do not establish that the AI tools are identical across models or specify how long each phone will receive software updates.

How should you compare prices before choosing?

  1. Check your local official store. Availability differs by market: for example, Nothing’s US catalog accessed October 7, 2026 listed the Phone (4a) Pro and Phone (3), but not the Phone (4b).
  2. Compare the same configuration. The displayed listings include 8GB/128GB configurations for the Phone (4b), Phone (4a), and Phone (4a) Pro, while the cited Phone (3) product-page price is for 12GB/256GB. Do not treat those prices as a like-for-like comparison.
  3. Verify the current price and seller. Catalog prices can change, and a price shown for one country or configuration does not establish what you will pay elsewhere.

What the available product listings do not settle

The official product pages used for these feature and price details do not provide a consistent comparison of battery test results, processor performance, durability, software-update commitments, or independent camera results. Nothing’s “longest-lasting battery” description for the Phone (4b) is not a measured comparison. If any of those factors will decide your purchase, look for current, independent testing of the exact regional models before choosing.
