The Phone (3), however, offers a three-camera rear system with a 3× periscope lens and wireless charging. The price gap is a comparison-site snapshot, not a guarantee of today’s seller prices or an equal-storage comparison.

How much cheaper is the Redmi Turbo 5?
Gadgets Now’s India comparison listing, accessed October 7, 2026, displayed ₹41,999 for the Redmi Turbo 5 and ₹51,999 for the Nothing Phone (3)—a displayed difference of ₹10,000. The same page showed list prices of ₹54,999 and ₹84,999, respectively. These are listing prices, not a like-for-like assessment of retail value; offers change, and the displayed Redmi configuration is 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, while Phone (3) configurations include 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB. Check the exact variant and current seller price before comparing.

Battery and charging: Redmi prioritizes capacity
Comparison listings give the Redmi Turbo 5 a 7,540mAh battery, considerably larger than the Phone (3)’s 5,150mAh global figure. TechRadar reports that the India version of Phone (3) has a 5,500mAh battery, so use the figure for the region and variant you are considering rather than treating one capacity as universal.
The cited Redmi listing specifies 100W wired charging. Phone (3) is listed with 65W wired and 15W wireless charging, so it trades some listed wired speed for the convenience of wireless charging. Capacity and charging specifications alone do not establish real-world battery life or charging time; those also depend on usage, settings, charger and conditions.

Cameras: Phone (3) adds more framing options
The Redmi comparison listing describes a 50MP + 8MP rear-camera setup. Phone (3) has three 50MP rear cameras—a main, an ultrawide and a 3× periscope telephoto—giving it more distinct focal-length options on paper. Nothing’s product page describes a four-camera system overall, including the front camera.

The Redmi listing pairs a Dimensity 8500 Ultra with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage for its displayed variant. Nothing lists Phone (3) with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and launch configurations of 12GB/256GB or 16GB/512GB. These are not equivalent memory tiers, and the available Redmi configuration may vary by market. No directly relevant benchmark results are available, so processor names should not be turned into unsupported claims about which phone is faster in practice.
Both phones are listed with large 120Hz AMOLED screens. The Phone (3) display is specified as 6.67 inches with 1260 × 2800 resolution. Redmi comparison sources agree on a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen and 120Hz refresh rate, but Smartprix gives its resolution as 1268 × 2756; confirm the specification for the exact variant and market.

Software and regional availability
Published software details are snapshots rather than confirmation of the latest update installed on a phone. Gadgets Now lists Android 16 with HyperOS for the Redmi Turbo 5. TechRadar describes Phone (3)’s launch software as Android 15 with Nothing OS 4; another comparison listing gives Android 15 with Nothing OS. Check the seller’s exact device and its current update status before purchase.

- You are buying in India and find the listed price on a legitimate seller’s current offer.
- You value the larger listed battery and 100W wired charging.
- The specific 8GB/256GB configuration meets your needs.
Choose the Nothing Phone (3) if
