Choose the iQOO 15R if its larger listed battery, 100W wired charging and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 are your priorities. Choose the Nothing Phone (3) if you want a 3× optical periscope camera, four 50MP cameras, a slightly larger display or wireless charging. Those are differences on the specification sheets, not proof of better gaming, battery life or photos. For price, compare the same RAM and storage tier and check the seller’s current offer before buying.

Which phone is better for gaming and performance?
The iQOO 15R has the higher-positioned listed platform: Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, compared with the Phone (3)’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. A secondary comparison page reports higher multi-core benchmark results for the iQOO, but that result is not a controlled test of these phones for this article. The chipset and benchmark are reasons to consider the iQOO for performance-focused use, not guarantees about frame rates, heat, or sustained gaming.
No independent controlled comparison was available for sustained gaming or thermal behavior on these exact models. If those are deciding factors, look for tests using the same games, settings and duration rather than relying on processor names alone.

How do the displays differ?
The Phone (3) has the larger listed screen at 6.67 inches, with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1260 × 2800 resolution. iQOO lists a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED and advertises a 144Hz refresh rate. In practical terms, Nothing offers more screen area on paper, while iQOO promotes a higher refresh rate. These figures do not establish which panel looks better; brightness, color, viewing conditions and hands-on preference matter too.
Which has the better camera system?
Nothing’s defining camera feature is a 3× optical periscope camera, alongside three other 50MP cameras across the rear and front. iQOO’s official listing emphasizes a 50MP Sony LYT-700V camera with OIS; the available product details do not establish enough of its complete camera system for a like-for-like rear-camera comparison. The 32MP iQOO front-camera figure comes from 91mobiles.

Price difference in India: compare matching storage tiers
When checked in 2026, iQOO’s official shop listed the 8GB/256GB iQOO 15R at ₹53,999 and also showed 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB options. A 91mobiles comparison page showed Amazon price indications of ₹51,899 for the Nothing Phone (3) and ₹53,999 for the iQOO 15R. These are volatile page values, not a verified live checkout comparison; the Nothing price’s RAM/storage tier is not established in the cited price indication.
Before deciding, check each seller’s current listing and compare the same storage capacity and, where possible, the same RAM tier. Offers, stock and seller can change the payable price, so the figures above are reference points rather than a guaranteed price difference.
