The Ninja Extended Life Premium Ceramic 24cm frypan is a promising everyday pan, but its strongest evidence is specific: CHOICE found that pancakes cooked fairly evenly without sticking and its abrasion test showed no exposed metal after 10,000 scrubbing cycles. An egg needed a little help to release, and the base concaved as it heated. The UK 24cm listing is model CW90024EUI; check the model and package contents in your market before buying.
How well does the Ninja 24cm ceramic pan cook?
In its published kitchen tests, Australian consumer group CHOICE found that a pancake cooked fairly evenly and did not stick. The oil-free egg test was also positive, though the egg needed slight lifting to release. CHOICE observed that the base concaved as it heated, causing the egg to run toward the side. These are useful real-cooking observations, not a guarantee that every recipe or hob will behave the same way. CHOICE’s test article summarizes the pan as performing well and being easy to use.
On induction, CHOICE notes that heating may be weaker near the outer edge because the magnetic region does not span the full base. The UK CW90024EUI listing nevertheless describes a full induction base and suitability for all hob types. The statements concern different things: compatibility does not mean that heat distribution across the cooking surface is perfectly even. SharkNinja’s UK listing identifies the manufacturer’s specifications for that model.

CHOICE’s laboratory abrasion test used a mechanical arm, a Scotch-Brite scourer and a 10kg load to scrub a section of the pan 10,000 times. It reported no exposed bare metal and no visible scratch marks, although the surface dulled. That is evidence about resistance to this particular abrasion test; it does not establish that everyday non-stick performance will remain unchanged for five years.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
SharkNinja says the UK model’s dual-bonded CeramicLock interior is backed to maintain non-stick performance for five years when used as directed. Treat that as a conditional manufacturer claim, not a promise covering every kind of damage or use. CHOICE’s public product page does not show its detailed performance ratings, so there is no public numerical overall score to report. CHOICE’s product page lists specifications and notes that detailed results are member-only.
Which specifications apply to the UK 24cm model?
The product name varies slightly: CHOICE uses “Ninja Extended Life Premium Ceramic 24cm Frypan,” while SharkNinja UK calls its 24cm product “Ninja Extended Life Ceramic 24cm Frying Pan,” model CW90024EUI. CHOICE tested a 24cm pan from an Australian six-piece set; do not assume that every country’s item has the same SKU or package.

The manufacturer describes the coating as free of PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium, and says the pan can cook with little or no oil. Those are Ninja’s stated composition and use claims; they should not be read as a broader independent safety assessment.
How should you care for the coating?
The manufacturer says the pan is dishwasher-safe and suitable for metal utensils. CHOICE reports that metal utensils may still damage the coating and recommends wood, silicone or plastic as a precaution. It also recommends handwashing with mild detergent to help extend coating life. These are cautious care choices, not a claim that the pan cannot go in a dishwasher or be used with metal utensils.

Should you buy the single pan or a set?
Choose the single pan if a 24cm frypan fills a specific gap in your kitchen. The exact UK product phrase is “Ninja Extended Life Ceramic 24cm Frying Pan CW90024EUI”; check that a retailer listing names this model and is available in your market.
A set can make sense when you need several pieces, but contents are regional. CHOICE describes an Australian six-piece set with 20cm, 24cm and 28cm frypans, a 1.4L saucepan, a 2.3L saucepan and a 5.6L stock pot. SharkNinja UK separately lists a five-piece pan-and-saucepan set, illustrating why buyers should check the local listing rather than assume those Australian contents apply in Britain. The UK five-piece set listing is one example of a different configuration.
