The 3.8 L figure is the claimed capacity; the available specifications do not state usable basket area or how much food fits in a practical single layer. Check the basket and included parts in the listing rather than assuming the capacity alone answers how much you can cook at once.
Which cooking functions does it have?
The 2019 owner’s guide lists four functions: Air Fry, Roast, Reheat and Dehydrate. The guide establishes that these modes are available, but it does not provide comparative test results for the food each produces.

What should you check before buying a remaining-stock or used unit?
- Confirm the model number. Make sure the listing and appliance identify the unit as AF100ANZ; do not assume a newer Ninja model is equivalent.
- Check condition and included parts. For a used unit, inspect the appliance and cooking components, and confirm which parts are actually included. The specifications do not verify any particular listing’s condition or contents.
- Verify the plug and supply. The guide specifies 230 V~ 50 Hz. Confirm that the particular unit has a suitable Australian or New Zealand plug for where you will use it.

How should it compare with a current air fryer?
Compare the exact unit and listing against alternatives on the factors that affect your use, not on brand or capacity alone. The AF100ANZ’s published figures provide a baseline, but a like-for-like value judgment also needs current information about the alternative and the particular AF100ANZ listing.
