NGL Fine-Chem Limited’s latest completed half-year results available as of October 13, 2026 are for H1 FY26, the six months ended September 30, 2025—not FY27. The board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated results on November 12, 2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose 21.82% year over year to ₹224.44 crore and EBITDA increased 34.54% to ₹28.13 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) slipped to ₹18.87 crore from ₹19.03 crore. The company’s financial archive has a FY27 Q2 section, but its visible results links were not populated at that date; the figures below are H1 FY26 results, not newly published FY27 results.

Consolidated H1 FY26 results at a glance

The following half-year figures compare the six months ended September 30, 2025 with the corresponding six months of FY25. Amounts are in Indian rupees. The exchange filing presents financial statements in lakhs; the table gives the crore equivalents reported by the company.

Consolidated measure H1 FY26 H1 FY25 Year-over-year change
Revenue from operations ₹224.44 crore ₹184.24 crore Up 21.82%
EBITDA ₹28.13 crore ₹20.91 crore Up 34.54%
Profit after tax (PAT) ₹18.87 crore ₹19.03 crore Down ₹0.16 crore

The exchange-submitted results report consolidated H1 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹22,444.37 lakh, equivalent to ₹224.44 crore. The revenue and profit comparisons above are consolidated; they should not be read as standalone figures. The NSE financial-results index provides the exchange filing, while the company’s November 18, 2025 earnings-call transcript provides the EBITDA and management commentary.

What the results say about growth and profitability

Revenue and EBITDA both increased, with EBITDA growing faster than revenue. That pattern is consistent with stronger operating earnings in the period, but it does not mean that every measure of profit improved: PAT was ₹0.16 crore lower than a year earlier. The company’s call transcript gives the figures but does not provide a standalone reconciliation explaining why PAT declined while revenue and EBITDA rose, so the cause should not be inferred from these numbers alone.

Managing Director Rahul Nachane described the lower PAT as marginal, saying: “The profit after tax was INR18.87 crores for H1 FY ’26, marginally lower than INR19.03 crores recorded in H1 FY ’25.” This is management’s characterization of the comparison.

Q2 FY26 figures are a separate quarter comparison

Q2 FY26 covers the quarter, not the full half year. Its figures should not be added to or substituted for the six-month totals above. In the November 2025 earnings-call transcript, the company reported the following consolidated quarter figures:

Consolidated measure Q2 FY26 Q2 FY25
Revenue from operations ₹120.26 crore Not stated in the cited company transcript
EBITDA ₹17.16 crore Not stated in the cited company transcript
EBITDA margin 14.27% 10.54%
PAT ₹9.63 crore ₹9.81 crore

The Q2 margin comparison shows a higher reported EBITDA margin in the current quarter. It is a quarter-to-quarter-year comparison, not the H1 margin. The transcript does not state the Q2 FY25 revenue or EBITDA amounts alongside these cited figures.

Management’s explanation of demand

On the November 18, 2025 call, Nachane said demand was improving across markets, particularly India and Asia. He cautioned that it was too early to conclude NGL Fine-Chem had gained market share: in management’s view, the increase appeared to reflect broader demand improvement, and more quarters would be needed to establish whether the recovery was sustained. The company also said it outsourced some production to meet demand. These are management statements, not independent evidence of industry-wide growth or market-share gains.

Basis, approval and where to check the filings

  • Period: H1 FY26 means the six months ended September 30, 2025. It is not the first half of FY27.
  • Status: The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year on November 12, 2025; limited review reports accompanied them.
  • Basis: The headline figures in this article are consolidated. NGL Fine-Chem also publishes standalone results, which are a separate view of the company and should not be mixed into consolidated comparisons.
  • Sources: Use the company financial archive for period records and NSE’s financial-results index for exchange-submitted statements. The company’s investor-relations archive also hosts the November 18, 2025 earnings-call transcript for management commentary.

As of October 13, 2026, the visible FY27 Q2 section in the company archive did not have populated results links, and the current exchange-filings index showed Q2 procedural notices and Q1 FY27 reporting rather than a Q2 results filing. That page state does not establish whether a filing appeared later; check the archive and exchange index for any subsequent update.
