Shadow and Bone: Enter the Fold is scheduled to shut down on November 9, 2026, making November 8, 2026 the last day to play. Netflix has not published a verified reason for the removal. The closure is the second major setback for the franchise: Netflix canceled its live-action Shadow and Bone series after two seasons in November 2023, and the mobile game launched on Netflix Games during that same month’s Geeked Week.

Choices and story progression, rather than competitive multiplayer systems, are central to the game. The setting connects it to the Grishaverse associated with Leigh Bardugo’s bestselling novels.
Can you still play it before the shutdown?
Yes, provided you meet Netflix’s access and device requirements. Netflix’s current games catalog still lists the title, and Netflix members receive its mobile games without advertisements, additional game fees or in-app purchases.
