Short answer: choose the Complete Edition if you want both truck expansions. At the displayed US Xbox prices, it costs less than buying the base game and the two add-ons separately. Choose the base game if you only want the core recycling-center simulation, or one of the two themed editions if you know you want only one truck collection.
The Xbox listing confirms Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S support, Xbox Series X|S optimization, Smart Delivery, achievements, and cloud saves. Steam lists 18 GB available space for the Windows PC version. That number is tied to the PC edition and should not be presented as the Xbox requirement. Console packaging, patches, language files, and platform-specific data can differ from a Windows installation.
How to check the Xbox figure before installing
- Open the Microsoft Store on your Xbox console and search for My Recycling Center 2.

Buying on one Xbox generation for another
Because the listing supports Smart Delivery and both Xbox generations, check that the purchase is attached to the Microsoft account you will use on both consoles. Smart Delivery does not make an unsupported platform compatible, so the platform line still matters.
