The Motorola Edge 60 Pro is the stronger fit if your priorities are a larger battery and much faster wired charging; the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro is a newer alternative with a different display, software and camera experience. There is no reliable universal price difference: current offers and launch prices refer to different regions and configurations, so compare the same RAM and storage tier from a seller in your market.

At a glance: what separates them?

Factor Motorola Edge 60 Pro Nothing Phone (4a) Pro
Configuration in the cited specs or review Motorola UK lists Android 15, 12GB RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage; RAM availability varies by market. Motorola UK specifications TechRadar reviews a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 configuration; its cited launch options include 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB. TechRadar review
Battery and charging 6,000mAh, 90W TurboPower-capable wired charging and 15W wireless charging, according to Motorola’s UK listing. 5,080mAh battery and 50W charging, as described in TechRadar’s review.
Price evidence 91mobiles lists ₹30,190 for India; this is a third-party marketplace price, not a guaranteed current or official price. Nothing’s US store displayed $419 with $499 shown as the reference price for the selected 8GB/128GB option when checked. 91mobiles lists ₹46,599 for India; this is not a guaranteed current or official price.
Durability and connectivity Motorola EMEA documentation lists IP68/69, NFC, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 and dual physical SIM; features may vary by market. A complete, matching official specification set for all these items is not established by the cited sources. Check the local product listing before comparing.

These figures are not a complete like-for-like test: Motorola’s specifications are regional, Nothing’s figures come from a review, and available configurations vary. The 91mobiles comparison is useful for a quick side-by-side, but treat its prices and test results as changeable third-party data.

Which phone is better for the price?

That depends on where you are buying and which memory configuration you need. A single price-difference figure would mix unlike offers. For example, Nothing’s US page showed $419 against a $499 reference price for its selected 8GB/128GB option; the page’s region, selection and offer can change. Separately, TechRadar reported March 2026 launch prices for the Phone (4a) Pro of $499 / £499 / AU$949 for 8GB/128GB and $599 / £549 / AU$949 for 12GB/256GB. Those are launch figures, not today’s guaranteed prices.

T3’s March 5, 2026 comparison gives launch prices of £499 / $499 / €479 for the 8GB/128GB model and £549 / $599 / €549 for the 12GB/256GB model. These historical launch prices are distinct from a current store offer. T3’s comparison provides that launch context.

For India, 91mobiles lists ₹30,190 for the Motorola and ₹46,599 for the Nothing. Those marketplace figures are not confirmed current or official prices, and may not reflect matching storage, condition, warranty or seller terms. Before deciding, compare the exact RAM/storage variant, local taxes, seller, warranty and device condition in your own market. Do not infer a global Motorola-versus-Nothing price gap from these mixed figures.

Performance, storage and software

Performance and capacity

Motorola’s UK specification page lists a Dimensity 8350-class chip, 12GB RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It also notes that RAM availability can vary by market, so confirm the configuration actually sold where you live. TechRadar identifies the Phone (4a) Pro’s processor as Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and discusses 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB launch configurations. These are different chip platforms and listed configurations; the available evidence does not establish a universal everyday speed winner.

91mobiles publishes AnTuTu and battery-test figures for the phones. Those are that publisher’s results under named tests, not guarantees of real-world performance or a controlled independent comparison. Use benchmarks as one point of reference rather than a substitute for your own priorities, such as storage capacity or demanding apps.

Software and updates

Motorola’s cited UK sheet identifies Android 15. The supplied sources do not establish a directly comparable update-support promise for both phones. Check the manufacturer support pages for your region and confirm the operating-system and security-update policy before buying; do not assume that a version number alone tells you how long a phone will receive updates.

Display and cameras: compare the experience, not just the spec sheet

Display size, resolution and refresh rate can matter more to daily use than a small difference in processor benchmarks, but the cited evidence does not provide a fully matched set of display figures for both phones. Check the specification page for the exact regional variants you are considering. In person, consider whether you prefer each phone’s screen proportions, brightness and viewing feel.

Camera hardware and image processing also need more than a list of megapixels to settle the choice. TechRadar’s review offers reviewer context on the Nothing phone, but the available sources do not establish a controlled, directly comparable camera test against the Edge 60 Pro. Look for sample images and reviews that discuss the specific conditions you care about—such as indoor shots, moving subjects or zoom—rather than treating hardware labels as a definitive quality ranking.

Battery life and charging: Motorola’s clearest hardware advantage

Motorola’s regional listing gives the Edge 60 Pro a 6,000mAh battery, 90W TurboPower-capable wired charging and 15W wireless charging. TechRadar describes the Phone (4a) Pro with a 5,080mAh battery and 50W charging. On the listed capacities and charging rates, Motorola has the larger battery and faster wired charging, and it also lists wireless charging.

Battery capacity and charging wattage do not guarantee a particular screen-on time or charging duration. TechRadar’s reviewer reported battery results that differed from Nothing’s estimate during a max-brightness video test. That is a result from that review’s test conditions, not a prediction for every owner or workload. Charging performance can also depend on the charger, cable, temperature and usage; confirm what is included with the phone in your market.

Durability, connectivity and regional differences

Motorola’s EMEA documentation lists IP68/69 protection, NFC, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 and dual physical SIM configuration. Motorola cautions that specifications can vary by market. The cited sources do not establish a complete, directly matching official Nothing specification list for those features, so this comparison cannot support a definitive durability or connectivity win. Verify the local product documentation for both phones, especially if water resistance, contactless payments, Wi-Fi bands or two physical SIM cards are essential.

Which one should you choose?

Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Pro if

  • You want the larger listed battery and substantially faster wired charging.
  • Wireless charging matters and the regional model available to you includes the listed 15W support.
  • You want the 12GB/512GB configuration shown on Motorola’s UK specification page, subject to local availability.

Choose the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro if

  • You prefer its design, display, software or camera experience after checking reviews and the exact local configuration.
  • The local price for the same RAM/storage tier is more attractive from a seller you trust.
  • You are comfortable with its reviewed 5,080mAh battery and 50W charging rather than prioritizing Motorola’s larger capacity and faster wired charging.

Before paying

  1. Match RAM and storage first; a 12GB/512GB phone is not a direct price comparison with an 8GB/128GB model.
  2. Check the price on a local official or authorized listing and confirm seller, warranty, condition and return terms.
  3. Verify regional specifications, including SIM setup, wireless charging, network compatibility and durability ratings.
  4. Read current reviews for the camera and battery behavior that matter to your use, rather than relying on a benchmark or quoted capacity alone.

For the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, the Nothing US store shows the selected market and configuration; check the page again for current availability and price. For the Edge 60 Pro, use a Motorola or authorized local listing to verify the exact model before purchase; Motorola’s UK specification page is a regional reference, not proof of availability or seller terms in another country.
