For the India-market 12GB/256GB listings, the vivo V70 FE costs ₹22,000 more than the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion in the storefront prices checked for this comparison. In return, vivo lists a larger, higher-resolution display, a 7,000mAh battery and faster charging. Motorola is lighter and offers microSD expansion up to 1TB. Neither specification sheet establishes a universal winner for speed, camera quality or battery life.
India price difference: ₹22,000 for the listed 12GB/256GB models
At the time of the storefront snapshot, Motorola India displayed the Edge 60 Fusion 12GB/256GB at ₹29,999 against an MRP of ₹37,999 (Motorola India listing). The vivo India store displayed the V70 FE 12GB/256GB at ₹51,999 against an MRP of ₹64,999; that selected configuration was marked out of stock when checked (vivo India store). The displayed difference is ₹22,000 for those matching RAM and storage tiers, not a guaranteed checkout price. Discounts, stock, color, configuration and seller can change.
vivo’s store also offers 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB choices, but the price quoted above is for the selected 12GB/256GB model. Compare the same configuration and confirm availability before buying.

Motorola specifications are from its India support page; vivo specifications are from its India parameter page. All listed figures describe manufacturer-published specifications, not independent comparative test results.

Which phone has the better display?
The V70 FE has the larger panel and more pixels: 6.83 inches at 2800 × 1260, compared with the Edge 60 Fusion’s 6.67 inches at 2712 × 1220. Both list refresh rates up to 120Hz. Choose vivo if screen size and resolution are priorities; choose Motorola if you prefer its quad-curved pOLED design and a somewhat narrower body.
The brightness numbers are not a direct like-for-like comparison: Motorola specifies high-brightness mode and HDR peak, while vivo lists local peak brightness. Those manufacturer metrics do not establish which screen will look brighter in every setting.

Battery and charging: vivo leads on paper
vivo lists a typical 7,000mAh battery and up to 90W charging with its original charger. Motorola lists 5,500mAh and 68W TurboPower. That gives the V70 FE the higher rated capacity and maximum charging power on paper, but these figures do not tell you how long either phone lasts in real use or how quickly each charges in comparable conditions.
Camera specifications do not settle photo quality
vivo’s India listing specifies a 200MP OIS main camera, an 8MP 120-degree wide-angle camera and a 50MP autofocus front camera. The opened Motorola support specifications do not provide a complete rear-camera breakdown or front-camera specification, so a full spec-for-spec camera comparison cannot be made from these listings.

A higher megapixel count is not proof of better photos. For a camera-led decision, compare independent samples from both phones in the lighting and situations you care about; the specifications here do not establish a photo-quality winner.
Storage, weight and durability
The Edge 60 Fusion is the lighter phone in the listed India configurations at 180.1g. The V70 FE is listed at 200g or 202g depending on color. Motorola also specifies microSD expansion up to 1TB, while vivo lists no expandable ROM, which may matter if you keep large local photo, video or music libraries.

Both manufacturers list IP68/IP69 protection. These are ratings, not a recommendation to expose either phone deliberately to water. vivo says resistance may diminish with daily use and that liquid-ingress damage is not covered by warranty. Its India specification page describes testing in static fresh water up to 1.5m for up to 30 minutes. Motorola’s opened support page does not give detailed test conditions. Software support and market-specific checks
Motorola’s India support page lists Android 15 and “3 OS + 4 Years SMR.” vivo’s V70 FE overview says its four-year period is calculated from the product launch event in the country or region of purchase (vivo India overview). These statements use different wording and counting bases, so they should not be treated as equivalent guarantees of update timing or number of releases.

Both manufacturers caution that specifications can vary by market, and vivo explicitly notes regional variation in availability and specifications. Check the exact model sold where you live for supported network bands, NFC, memory configuration and support terms; Motorola’s India page says NFC is absent on its listed model.
Which should you choose?
- Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion if the lower displayed India price, lighter weight or microSD expansion matter most to you.
- Choose the vivo V70 FE if you prioritize a larger, higher-resolution display, larger rated battery capacity, higher maximum charging power or the listed 200MP OIS main camera.
- Do not choose based on the processor names alone. The listed Dimensity chips do not establish an everyday speed winner; no matching benchmark or controlled head-to-head test is available here.
- For camera quality or endurance, look beyond the spec sheet. Manufacturer specifications alone cannot rank image results or real-world battery life.
Before paying, confirm the current price and stock for the same RAM/storage tier, then weigh size and weight, storage needs, camera samples and local connectivity requirements. The listed price comparison is an India storefront snapshot; prices and availability may change.
