The vivo T4R is the better fit if you want a larger display and the higher listed battery capacity. The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion has a higher listed display resolution, a higher charging-wattage capability when paired with a Motorola TurboPower charger, and an ultrawide rear camera. Both India-market phones list the same MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor and IP68/IP69 protection, so the specifications alone do not establish a performance or durability winner.

Which phone has the better display?
The vivo T4R gives you a larger 6.77-inch screen, while the Edge 60 Fusion has a 6.67-inch display and a higher listed resolution: Motorola calls it 1.5K, compared with vivo’s 2392 × 1080. Both list a 120 Hz refresh rate. The choice is therefore between the T4R’s extra screen size and Motorola’s higher stated resolution.

The brightness figures should not be treated as a direct contest. Motorola and vivo use different peak-brightness labels, and the listed numbers do not establish which screen is brighter in the same conditions.
Battery capacity and charging: what the numbers tell you
vivo lists a 5,700 mAh battery, compared with 5,500 mAh for Motorola. That gives the T4R the higher stated capacity, but capacity alone does not prove longer battery life; these specifications do not establish comparative endurance.

Motorola lists charging capability up to 68 W when using a Motorola TurboPower charger. vivo lists 44 W FlashCharge. The wattage figures do not establish which phone charges faster in practice or how long either takes to reach a particular charge level.

Camera hardware: ultrawide or bokeh sensor?
The rear-camera layouts are meaningfully different. Motorola pairs its 50 MP OIS main camera with a 13 MP ultrawide/macro camera. vivo pairs a 50 MP OIS main camera with a 2 MP bokeh camera. If having a dedicated ultrawide option matters to you, the Motorola specification is the more versatile setup on paper. These hardware details do not establish comparative photo or video quality.

Both phones list a 32 MP front camera. Matching resolution does not by itself mean matching image quality.
Performance, durability, and software
Performance
Both India-market specification pages name the MediaTek Dimensity 7400. That makes the listed chipset a tie; it does not prove identical performance in every task, nor does it support calling one phone faster without comparable testing.

Durability
Both manufacturers list IP68/IP69 protection. Motorola also lists MIL-STD 810H, while vivo provides test conditions for its IP69 rating. These ratings describe tests and protections, not a promise that a phone is damage-proof or that liquid damage is covered by warranty. Check the applicable warranty terms before relying on either device around water.

The listed baseline is Android 15 on the Edge 60 Fusion and Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 on the T4R. These sources establish the software versions listed, not how long either phone will receive updates; confirm the current update commitment before buying if support duration is important.

Price difference in India
Prices are volatile and the available figures are not a like-for-like comparison. When crawled around three weeks before October 7, 2026, vivo’s official store listed the T4R 5G 8GB+128GB Arctic White at ₹22,999. A 91mobiles comparison listing crawled on October 7, 2026 showed the Edge 60 Fusion at ₹20,900 on Amazon and the T4R at ₹22,999; the same comparison also indicated that the T4R was out of stock. Motorola’s family page separately listed a ₹29,999 offer for a 12GB/256GB Edge 60 Fusion listing in its crawl.
Those listings differ by variant, source, and availability, so they do not establish a dependable price gap. Before deciding, compare the exact RAM and storage configuration, seller, live stock, and any offer on the day you buy. Motorola India’s Edge family page is another place to check its current listing.
